What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

It would be funny if Bryce Huffs ring button doesn’t do anything

Watched the interviews. Q really looks like he hates being trotted out.

I really liked that Davis talked about physical things he needs to do at 330 lbs. talked about keeping down and his hand placement twice. Biggest play issues I have had with Jordan is his tendency to get upright and reach. Explosive bend with punch would be great.

Goedert talked about injury. Talked about breaks as being unlucky but mad at himself about the hammy as that’s preventable. Interesting that he talked about wanting to finish his career here.

This place would be entertaining if Hurts went something like 2-15 in practice

Vic talking about him is interesting...

I think there's a good chance Cooper moves to safety and McWilliams comes in at NB in some looks.

Everyone's been raving about how good Campbell has looked. No surprise, he's a stud. I think he was certainly a top 10 player in that draft pure talent wise. The only question was positional value. Many have said it's rare to see guys move as explosively as he does and have the range he does.

Could be. Vic doesn't usually give praise like that with rookies. Maybe I'm wrong.

He doesn't give out praise if it's unwarranted. It was clear he liked Q and Baun early last season too.

He jokes but I do that every day at my job

It's true. Very hard to tell a coach 4 weeks and then the player missed 3 months. You can't really do that.

Exciting to hear

More detail than the tweets

Interesting comment from Hurts yesterday, I forget the question, it was something like "Are you going to open things up more on offense this year?" and Hurts said something like "No, we are going to play in a style that wins us games, doing what it takes to win is all that matters. We tried the other way and it didn't work out well." Or something like that.

Feels like Hurts doesn't want to sling the ball all over the yard. Not sure what to make of it. On one hand, he's right. The Eagles are at their best when they have a dominant run game and work the passing off of that. It was the case in 2022 as well. But also they should be able to throw the ball 40 times if they need to in a game, at this point in his career without him reverting back to a turnover machine.

Those kids will need counseling

Andre Sam getting first team reps is interesting.

I only took it for him not wanting to be forced to do something

And it tells me they have more faith in Ringo and Jackson than Brown/Mukuba at this point. Which makes sense as Jackson is a vet and Ringo is in year 3 (Brown missed a year basically).

There's that... and there's the fact that Coop's football IQ comes into play more when he's in the middle of the field than when he's on the boundary.

This. 100%. He's not building guys up unless they have done something to deserve it.
