The shade starts after 20 seconds.

That's pretty tame.

It was for a normal sport. But with the sensitivity around the WNBA in general, made me laugh anyway.

Angel better hope she never gets traded to the Philadelphia expansion team. She'll be in the hospital with a nervous breakdown within the week.

If this city could rag on the greatest 3B to ever play the game, you can bet that she'd be in the cross hairs. This city shows no mercy.

You can remove WNBA and the sentence still makes perfect sense.

Guy is losing valuable time. Let's hope he can get on the field and this doesn't linger. The longer it goes on the more likely the Eagles have to keep a safety on the roster they don't really want to keep and cut someone they want to keep just for depth. Then again, new practice squad rules make that a bit easier to manage.

Yeah this sucks. Seemed they wanted him to start at S, but I’m not sure Vic will feel comfortable with him early. Might be a DeJean situation where a stopgap starts the first few weeks. Problem is, I’m not sure they have that stopgap guy.

😂 Facts.

ESPN ranks Washington with the leagues oldest roster as the 3rd best under 25 roster in the league.

Meanwhile Eagles with the 2nd youngest roster in the league rank 14th for their under 25 roster.

Daniels is a nice QB. I think we'll see a decline in his play this year and hopefully all of this hype around that team dies down a bit. They are a better tham than they were 3 years ago but one of the more annoying things this offseason has been the annointing of Jayden Daniels as a top 3 QB and the Skins being one of the better teams because of him.

If McWilliams is the player they say he is, Id like to see him compete for the starting safety spot with Mukuba and Brown. McWilliams may win that. McWilliams would only have to move down to the slow if the unspeakable happens. And you can still play DeJean in that safety spot in base if you want to.

Yep wouldn’t be surprised if they start cross-training him at S by end of week

The pickup truck or going to EVs?

As for the EVs, it would be stupid for me not to. I can charge my car for free at work so theoretically I can lower my transportation "fuel” costs to $0. And when I do need to charge my car at home, I pay a lot less for electricity due to my solar.

We are reticent to go to only EVs. Right now, my car is electric and the wife's is a hybrid. Want to have a gas powered option just in case.

Yeah we still have one gas as well. It was working fine for us: do the vast majority of local driving in the EV, only use the Explorer for trips where I need to haul larger items or long trips.

But now that I’m going into the office again we are back to needing two cars on a daily basis. Might as well make the second one electric and I just alternate on days to keep them both juiced up via the free charger at work.

As far as long trips go, it’s pretty much the Jersey shore and that’s it these days so that’s manageable.

Funny thing is, before we got the Mach, schmoopie was not feeling EVs at all (she saw our lesbian neighbors charging their little Chevy bolt out in the driveway with an extension cord). But when we got the panels she actually suggested it if we could get the Mach. Now she’s pushing to replace the Explorer with a Lightening now that I get free charging. lol

So Zach Berman is leaving PHLY? I suspect the podcast will get a little better without Bo frequently derailing the show at Berman’s expense, but I’m curious where he is headed. Has that been leaked?

My wife still insists on driving up to her mom's place as opposed to flying -- she lives outside of Sacramento, so about 400 miles away. When she had a Tesla, we'd drive that and had to stop 2x to charge. One time was easy -- get food, take a break, play with the dog. The second stop you're just bored out of your mind. It's also just in case of a blackout or something -- I want one car that runs on gasoline in an emergency.

2 stops for a 400 mile trip is horrible. So they dont get even close to the mileage they advertise?

What?! They started only last year, didn’t they?
