While I still think this gets done and he stays in Dallas, this one has gone to a different level. Jerry taking shots at Micah in public -- he never did that to Ceedee or Dak. And neither of those guys flatly stated they no longer wanted to play for the team. This is uncharted territory.

Here is the difference between Hendrickson and Scary Terry vs Parsons. Hendrickson and McLaurin are sitting on money they will owe their teams if they retire. Parsons is not. He can retire tomorrow and come out of retirement when he is traded. He has no big signing bonus to be repaid and he still makes all his personal endorsement money. Parsons is on a 5th year option with not a penny in bonus he has already received.

If he does not want to play for them then he will never play for them.

Of course they can blow him out of the water with a contract but now that's closer to 47m a year when it could have been around 37m last year.

Now we just need Dexter Lawrence to demand a trade

In addition, Jerrah may be stupid enough to think Donovan Ezeiruaku has replaced Parsons.

Speaking of which, I forgot Giants have Thibs, Abdul Carter, Dexter Lawrence and Brian Burns. That’s a hell of a D-Line. Good thing they don’t have a QB.

A smart JJ would try Parsons for Crosby straight up.

The Giants could be this years Redskins. Their DL has serious talent as you mentioned. Nabers is legit. They have some talent at DB. Skatteboo will be fun to watch.
