It's not so much about his talent, its more about the side show. He's not good enough to put up with that.

Shedeur Sanders becoming the star of Cleveland before our own eyes. He's a dark horse rookie of the year. If he wins the starting job and Browns go to the playoffs then it's a done deal. People mocked me for hating the idea of taking him in the draft but it would have been a great move, especially since McKee has become the trade asset that he is.

1st Round, but because they have no other viable QB he would ask for (demand) more than a 1st.

Preseason obvi but those passes were really good placement on both TDs from Sheduer. They weren’t layups.

Nobody made SF a trade offer of any kind. Purdy began negotiations asking for $65M per season AAV and Lynch wasn’t prepared to go there. Schefter did some snooping around with other GMs to gauge Purdy’s trade value and the consensus he got was "great player, but he’s a great player for them”. There was very little if any interest around the league from QB-needy teams.

At present, McKee would be viewed the same way. He needs to get into meaningful games, produce, and win before there would be any market for him.

On the last PHLY pod, all the Commanders stuff kinda suggested Zach will be covering them next. Would be a massive loss to the Eagles beat, if so.
