That's unfair. Caitlin has accomplished way more than Shedeur.

I was comparing Sheduer's fans to Clark's fans. Not comparing the players or what they accomplished.

Obviously when I say fans of both those players I don't mean all their fans. But they both have a certain portion of their fanbase that are delusional and annoying.

Take it with a grain of salt. Brad Goebel was once awesome in the preseason too.

Absolutely. I just understand why the media is going nuts. Utterly predictable. It's like watching Newsmax and MSNBC cover Trump.

Sanders fans are going to start calling him daddy too? Cringe

Clark is a female Steph Curry.

Clark has earned every single fan, every penny of endorsements, and all of the hype... on the court.

She is doing to the WNBA what Jordan did to the NBA (popularity increase, not talking titles)

She has zero to do with 13-12 Colorado legend Shedeur

Last night Shedeur left Bronny far behind. He actually did something, even if it was just preseason.

Shedeur is also the anti-Bronny in some ways.

Bronny did not deserve to be drafted but daddy interfered.

Shedeur probably deserved to be drafted between picks 25 and 64 but daddy interfered by raising him to be an entitled brat.

Something to keep in mind, and I was reminded of this on Twitter, we can get our 6th round comp pick back if we cut Ojulari.

Sanders already thinks he is their daddy. It's a good match.

?? He had a good year. Had 9-10 sacks. Wasn't quite as good with the Lions as he was with the Browns, but that may be the system, changing teams, whatever else. Hard to say. But he still went to the Lions and had 4 sacks in part of a season.

Sacks are not the measurement of a DE. It’s pressures and effectiveness against the run. Further, in Fangio’s defense it is imperative that the player be able to in coverage. With the Lions he was a mediocre shadow of Hutchinson.

I used to listen to him all the time before he lost his mind with not being able to stop talking politics. Even emailed him a few times only for him to fly off the rails and try to get me to drive to the station and fight him. But I suppose the level of his insanity is what made him entertaining back when he kept it about sports.

From the article:

Obviously Beasley would not make this move without a replacement lined up. Jon Marks recently announced his departure from PHLY and expressed interest in working middays as one of the reasons for leaving WIP at the end of 2023. It would seem that Marks has to be penciled in as candidate #1 to replace Mike, unless there’s something coming down the pike that we’re unaware of. We will continue to "effort” that information, but Marks makes so much sense right now.

LOL if he lost his job to someone as awful as Jon Marks. As much as I don't like Mikey Miss anymore that is an awful decision.

In the article was about him getting canned. Then it said "cue the speculation” immediately before the part you posted.

I don’t think he lost his job for Marks. I think he lost his job, again, for being a raging a**hole, again.

Still had a better season than Ojulari and Uche. The Eagles don't need a star, they just need someone better than one of Ojulari, Uche, Patrick Johnson, APR.

Pretty much everyone short of Garrett, Parsons, Crosby, Watt, Hendrickson, and a few others is a shadow of Hutchinson. Not being as good as those guys does not make one mediocre. He’s in a tier with players like Sweat.

One could argue that the Browns were fine with Ogbo but punted on Smith when the Lions called. Look, is a 33 year old 270 pound DE going to be able to play the OLB role for the Eagles? I don’t think so. As an upgrade for Moro, Robinson? Seems unlikely.

Sweat is younger and a tad more athletic at this point in their respective careers.

Not soon enough.

True, but we get zero cap relief as he signed a guaranteed 1 year deal. He'd have to be even worse behind the scenes to do it.

Poll (it would be cool to be able to post a poll within a reply)

Which do you think is most likely?

A) Eagles make a signing or trade before the season for a safety.

B) Eagles make a signing or trade before the season for an edge rusher.

C) Eagles make a signing or trade before the season for another CB.

This was always the big defense of Brandon Graham throughout his career. But the DEs that got way more sacks than him but might not have had as high of overall pressures or pressure rate were still better DEs. Make no doubt, getting pressures is good but not all pressures lead to bath throws or turnovers but all sacks lead into the opposing team losing some good yards to make whatever the next down is a very long one. They also can lead to fumbles as well (as Graham got in the Super Bowl which was the biggest play in franchise history).

Another QB some bozos in the media still try to rate higher than Hurts.

Cowboys look like a train wreck
