Yeah. I keep saying the tackle was the issue, not the catch.

As far as the drills, I did those drills when I played but no one ever told us to do them slow. We were athletic playing in the secondary so we could do things in ways that normal kids couldn't. These guys are in the NFL and have been doing it for years. They should be past the learning to crawl stage at this point.

It’s not necessarily crawl stage…muscle memory takes thousands of reps to sink in. Takes as little as 1 to undo. Though like i said before, his feet were stuck in the mud and he looked awkward in that drill. That is semi concerning, however i don’t want to put too much into a single rep video yet.

What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

It's interesting to see they went with Jalen Mills when everyone's favorite former All-Pro, Justin Simmons is out there.

There’s a lot of things that Mills isn’t…but what he is is a consistent, hard working, scheme diverse, locker room positive football player.

Its really the one move Id like to see.

I think we can find an adequate starter out of Bennett, Ringo, and Jackson. But any of them are still likely a downgrade from what Slay provided last year. If thats the hand we are dealing with, then the next best thing we can do to help that out is to improve the pass rush. DT seems to be fine. Edge did not replace Graham, nor Sweat. Im very comfortable with Smith and Hunt, but I am pretty afraid of what will happen if either of them deal with an injury for any amount of time. Id love to add a 3rd proven starter quality player to rotate in, and know we can survive an injury there.

If the Steelers still view Ramsey as a CB, I think there’s a small chance that Slay ends up back here anyway.

Not at all. Was talking with my son today and we play the Rams week 3 with Puka and Davante. We need a CB2 frigging immediately.

I had high hopes for Ringo hes a good athlete has great size speed ratio but the knock on him, his lack of twitch and change of direction really showed in game one, he looked awful, looked liked somebody had stapled his feet to the ground just really bad stuff and adoree jackson looked like hed never played the position, he was out of position multiple times, hopefully Bennett can get up to speed , hes got some good tape, after him Ricks has been ok, still looks like a baby giraffe out there sometimes but I like him more than ringo and adoree who id just cut.

Remember the days we had to pretend Duke Riley was a starting caliber LB?

I miss those days…spinning our heads to prove Kendricks was anything more than ok on a good day, Chaney is the next Urlacher…

They guaranteed most of his contract, around $10M. They have no reason to let him go.

I liked Chaney but not sure I remember anyone comparing him to urlacher.

Still remember Kendricks first camp where he was mean mugging reporters and acting all tough, dude was a net loss for majority of his career but he stepped up and played well after jordan went down to help birds win the bowl, then he went directly to prison, what a chump, for the record I wanted bobby wagner instead, if seen him play at utah state, he went a few picks later and when done will be a HOF candidate.

Wow. What a slow turn

You sure he turned? Or did the earth spin underneath him?

nonono. That either illustrates a lazy attitude working on his known weakness... OR he's just that stiff. Either way, I think the reality is that Ringo isn't going to become 'that guy'. Instead, he seems like more of 'just a guy'.

Methinks y'all might be overreacting a smidge to a preseason game and training camp drills.

Show me a highlight in the NFL of Ringo that would indicate that what we've seen in recent days isn't who he is. Is there one?

Bennett now working in with the 1’s

Did I say I was shocked we're talking about it? No. I said maybe calling him a bust and that he's "Dempsing his way out of the league" because of some poor preseason snaps in cover 0 against the best WR in the league is silly. He may well suck but it's way too early to know.

He's in Year 3 now. Exactly when are we allowed to say it or do we have to wait until he's cut?

If the reporter was puttin hands on Shedeur, this would be a whole different story. This guy is so entitled.

His mistake is reading what they are saying about him.
