He's right, Parsons is under contract, go play ball, or don't...the Cowboys are not being smart to play this little game, but in reality, they have the leverage...for now. Parsons will be 29 yrs old after he finishes this year and get's franchise tagged in '26 and '27. Then he will have the leverage. I am not a fan of treating Parsons that way, but you can't pay everyone top position salary. Yeah you cant pay everyone top of the position salary. But Parsons is the guy on the team that deserves it the most, so it seems like the wrong guy to take that stand on.

CeeDee isnt the arguable top WR in the league, but WRs of his caliber get those top of position salaries too. Sorta, he has earned it.

Dak was one that never really deserved what he got. Coulda paid him a big one. But shoulda been a little more reasonable.

There are some other good players that will be due money that shouldnt get top of the league salaries.

Parsons? Give him that. Hes arguably the best. Maybe top 3. At worst, top 5 but dont think hes 5.

NFL players play through pain and minor injuries. Micah Parsons won't this year. He is not a valued employee so he will give the minimum.

If they tag him, he does not have to sign it. He can again give the minimum.

He can go back to playing through injuries and pain when a team that values him actually pays him.

FWIW, he was drafted 2 picks after DeVonta Smith and 3 after Patrick Surtain.

Smith was paid on April 15th of 2024.

Surtain was paid on September 4th of 2024.

Always going to side with the player over the organization. If he got injured they could get rid of him and he gets nothing. Just pay him what he’s worth or trade him to the multiple other teams willing to do so.

Idk but super irritating is the tweets take you to a platform tweet and takes like resetting the site 4-5 times to get to it.

I used to always just copy image and paste in here and the gif would work. Now it just shows up as a still.

Now it seems you actually have to download the gif and upload it here. Extra steps. Stupid.

Yup. Like today with the amount of tweets it was ridiculous to go through the platform. I mentioned it to Va after the update it was an issue but i dont know if he can fix it
