Part of the problem for the chiefs was that they were a dink and dunk offense for much of the year. I don't know that they have done much to fix that other than getting Rice back from injury.

Getting Rice back but he should be facing a suspension for last off season...guess Roger will just sweep that away because well, it's the Chiefs.

Very disappointing if we don't get to see him on Saturday.

Good thing someone bought my tickets about 1 hour before this came out. Most I ever got for a preseason game.

I expect it to happen this season and the rumor is 4-6 games.

Speaking of extensions....

Why hasn't Blankenship be signed to one yet?

I am concerned they haven't announced the suspension yet but maybe they will wait until he makes the team roster.

I think this is hilarious. Ruducanu is complaining about a baby crying in the stands. OK. Tennis is a fancy sport like golf where they want complete silence around them. But then, after the pause where the chair judge makes a fool of her, and the audience applauds, as soon as tennis action re-starts, her opponents moaning with each shot echoes through the entire stadium over, and over with each shot. Sounds like she is wearing vibrating panties. THATS OK. But it was the baby crying that is distracting. Its hard to watch this video and not laugh. Its almost as though it was scripted for comedy. Peak irony.

A baby crying consistently for 10 minutes in any situation those parents are in the wrong and should be removed.

You wrote a book to be wrong but good job.

I agree the parent should have the sense to go somewhere else. But Ruducanu was complaining about the noise. Not the negligent parenting. Your virtue signaling caused you to miss the irony. Sad.

Tbh i kind of think getting him back if he’s healthy is a big upgrade to their WR corps. But really their offense comes back to if their oline is better. I thought last year was the worst oline that the chiefs have had in mahomes era entering the season. The Bucs Super Bowl they just got decimated throughout the year and wound up with a patchwork OL. That group last year wasn’t very good at either tackle spot. And then moved thuney to position which he wasn’t good at and then it also downgraded their interior OL

Howie said recently he wasn't doing extensions once the season started. I am assuming that includes training camp. My guess is they had some discussions that didn't get far. He's the kind of mid level player they don't hang onto because of cost.

Shedeur has Eagles flu, but he'll summon up the strength to get in there on Saturday against the backups and third-stringers -- don't worry.

Going 14-for-23 doesn't just happen by accident, you know.

He's very much in the Milton Williams camp, perhaps slightly higher valued considering what he's done. Williams was pretty "JAG"-y until this past year and the Super Bowl just drove up the price. Reed has been more valuable for most of his career, but at the same time, is a smaller commitment for the team as a UDFA. If he prices himself out of the Eagles' range, he's going to end up walking and going to the highest bidder and the Eagles will get the comp pick.

WhoTF takes a baby to a tennis match? That’s got to be pure torture for the baby. I don’t get that at all. (Of course, I don’t get children at bars, breweries and wineries and I have seen them at those places more and more). I just don’t get dragging a baby or kid to an adult outing, including a sit down restaurant where the parents plan to converse amongst themselves while the child is bored to tantrum. This is not a reflection on the child, they are just being children.

Just binge watched the reboot of King of the Hill over the last two days, and it was awesome! Mike Judge you genius son of a ****! Highly recommend if you enjoyed the show.

It's been good so far but Dale's voice is off horribly since the original actor died and they cheaped out and just had someone under contract cover it

My kids are 11 and 9 now, but Ill still say "these days" when you bring a baby in a restaurant, it seems people are a lot more accepting.

Sometimes it wasnt just my wife and I taking our babies to an eating establishment. But it would be a family event. And my kids would start making noise. And I was always so anxious about that, thinking about them possibly ruining everyone elses dining experience.

I cant tell you how many times Id go to get up and remove the baby from the situation and some older ladies would say dont worry about it. And compliment our kids and try to make us feel more comfortable.

There was also an italian place in Hazleton with a fancier sit down side, and the front where the pizza counter was with some tables and a TV. We loved this place, and would always sit in the front room where it was less formal. And the owners would encourage us to go ahead and bring the kids in to the dining room.

When they were getting a little bit older and still needed to learn "restaurant behavior" we would frequent a place like a Texas Roadhouse and the like that we knew were already noisy so our kids noise wasnt going to be out of place if they acted up. No one would even notice.

With all that said, people may accept kid noise these days in a restaurant setting, as long as youre not going to some super fancy reservation date night white table cloth expensive type of place. But you still have to understand the setting. Tennis is not the place for a screaming baby.

And yet, all of that is besides the point. The irony was Ruducanu complained about a baby cry which couldnt be heard on camera, while her opponent grunts and moans so loud it can probably be heard outside the stadium.
