Besides the no picks, no fumble recoveries, no forced fumbles, and a couple sacks...on a never top 10 D, what does he do on the field?

He has 7 career picks and 7 career pro bowls.

The tight end position wasn’t exactly great last year. The best were clearly McBride, bower and kittle. Jonnu smith had the 4th most receiving yards then kelce. No way can convince me Kelce is remotely close to top 80 in the league with how he looked last year. 100% his name is Travis Kelce and guys put him there based off name value.

As for stroud I’d argue all these QBs were better: mahomes, Allen, burrow, hurts, Daniels, Lamar, baker, Goff, Nix, Herbert, Stafford and Darnold (probably missed someone). His stats were similar to Brock purdy and geno smith threw for more yards and tds.

The whole thing is offseason clickbait, most of the top ten lists are. I don’t know why people put any stock in it. Players can vote for 20 players IIRC and many just put down names they recognize. I prefer the Eagles players as Nobody Likes Us and We Don’t Care attitude.

Duran just left the Phillies game in the bullpen cart after taking a hard grounder off his right foot/ankle. Didn't put any weight on the foot once the adrenaline was gone and he was being assessed. Not a great development for the Phillies. That's one of the biggest blows to the team that they could have at this point. The bullpen's best pitcher is now a giant question mark pending x-rays, etc.

Maybe. Ball took a sharp 90 degree turn off his leg, it wasn't a glancing blow. Now, that said... he immediately ran after the ball, but then wouldn't put his weight on it. I'm no doctor, so we'll wait to hear what the word is.

From Thomson it sounds like it was mostly precautionary to use the cart because of the number of stairs to get to the Phillies clubhouse. Duran is currently with the Nationals team doctor.
