Eagles 4 best players yesterday were 4 of their first 5 picks in the draft. Campbell, Mukuba, TyRob, Mondon.

If Howie keeps drafting well, the Eagles will keep extending their window.

I thought Ty rob looked good against the Bengals but yesterday he looked a bit out of sorts

What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Howie has been lurking. I don't think it'll happen though.

So they're willing to spend big bucks on offense but not defense

Just make it harder for your QB lol

Yup.

I thought the same, he seems to be the best of the 3 and hes also really handsy and not in a sneaky way, like right out in the open, but he seems real sticky and fluid, unlike Ringo who looks like a board out there.

Mukuba won't be coming off the field in run downs. He is awesome attacking downhill against the run. If you see him getting run over a few times, fine. But that's silly bias for the many people who weren't thrilled with that pick fit some reason. If the Eagles thought his size was such an issue that he had to come off the field in run downs they wouldn't have drafted him. That's crazy.

The discussion on the evening of Day Two was that he was the succession plan for the (Free) Safety position being filled by Blankenship much more than he was the succession plan for the recently traded CJGJ. Mukuba’s ability to rotate over to Nickel was also a plus in Fangio’s flexible Defensive scheme.

Stefanski likely to reveal Browns' starting QB for opener this week

Discussion by who?

Blankenship I thought was in the box more than CJGJ?

Either way I cant imagine theyll be too many times Blank is on the sideline while makuba and Brown are the 2 safeties, unless hes hurt

I kind of agree. He certainly didn’t flash. I kinda wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not as big a part of the rotation as we had imagined, at least early on.

The age will scare some teams off on Hendrickson. He fills a need and also fits out "window" perfectly.

Most importantly, this might be one of the few teams he'd agree to play for without an extension. He saw how Saquon's value skyrocketed in just one year here and might be disgruntled enough in Cincinnati to settle for a change of scenery at this point.

Other years I think it would be possible but I really think Howie is saving the cap for the young guys next year and the year after. Taking on a big contract means you are not keeping 2 of the guys you want to

Not sure if you've been to Niagara before or not, but the Canadian side offers great views of the Falls at night when they are all lit up.

There is a great butterfly conservatory a few miles from the Falls on the Canadian side, as well.

Maid of the Mist is an absolute MUST do. Cave of the Winds and Journey Behind the Falls are sort of just meh... but they do get you extremely close to the Falls and you can literally feel the power of the water.

I just got back from a 4,500 mile drive from California to Colorado and then back to California through Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington, and Central Oregon.

Much to our surprise we saw a waterfall that is 45 get taller than Niagara, and 1,000 feet wide (considerably less than Niagara, but impressive nonetheless).

John Metchie traded to the Eagles

I hope this doesn't mean AJ's hammy is more serious than they thought and this is just Howie yet again buying low on a talented WR who may have staying power if he develops.

Why?

Weird, I don’t think he’s a returner either

Actually liked him coming out of that draft. He just had cancer back in 2022 and then never could really get back to where he was as a draft prospect. He and Dotson are FA at the end of the year.

I hope Darius Cooper doesn't get cut now. If anything, Johnny Wilson should. Or Ainias. All he can do is catch jump balls. Cooper looks like a legit talent.

They aren’t cutting Johnny Wilson

Weird move

Might be looking at an AJ Brown to IR situation to start the season.

He’s not, just one kick return in his college and professional career.

Not only that, he doesn’t even play ST’s in general. Just an odd move to make this late in camp for a guy whose going to be WR5 and in a contract year.

And Eagles outbid for him. There has to be some other shoe to drop. Maybe Dotson is getting moved?

Day 3 pick swap and eagles gave up Harrison Bryant

I'm guessing they are swapping a 4 and a 5.
