Well if we need a new DC after this year I’m sure Shane will be out of the Colts job after giving Danny J the keys to the season lol.

Adoree Jackson got exclusive first team reps opposite Quinyon today. This a day after taking most of the first team reps. Starting to seem like Vic is settling on him as the starter.

It appears many people are reading the blog these days. Have been posting about David Ojabo as a trade idea for years for the Eagles(since they were mocked to draft him a lot that year before he got hurt pre draft) and I saw 3 people today do a mock trade with Ojabo to the Eagles as another Howie preseason deal. Two of them being Bo and EJ on PHLY.

QB scouting has been, is, and will continue to be broken.

Most major college programs are not turning out Tom Brady style QBs, they're turning out 'athletic' quarterbacks. I imagine if you only have a quarterback for 3 years, there's not time to develop a Tom Brady.

Just as a side note... Tanner McKee wouldn't qualify as an 'athletic' quarterback. I mean... he's not a statue like JaMarcus Russell or Byron Leftwich, but he's no Michael Vick.

True, but a) I don't know if he'd have been at Stanford if he had a subpar brain and b) I'm not sure you'd consider Stanford a major college football program on the level of an SEC or Ohio State/Michigan program.

Jackson winning CB2 because Kelee Ringo completely blew it is the worst way the position could be won. I don't think Adoree Jackson is a starting caliber NFL CB at this point. Kinda worrisome that it's reached this point. Still moves that could be made, but yikes.
