Belichick - The modern game is judged by the SB. He has been the driving force on 12 SB teams with 8 wins.

He's probably a top 3 HC and DC

I put Bill in the final spot of the five. In looking at the whole package of a HC, he was a great lead Defensive mind, but Brady was the "driving force” on those SB teams, not Bill in my opinion. He was a horrible Draft talent assessor.

My guess is Cine goes to IR.

I'm probably thinking WAY to in to this, but the Eagles rarely cut draft picks. They did last year with McMahon, but they wanted him back and I'd wager if they did things over, they would keep him on the 53. If McCord is getting released, I wonder if that might help APR's chances of making the team. QB shouldn't effect DE at all, but I can't see the Eagles releasing multiple players from one draft. He also came on against the Jets and maybe it just takes time. Hey, he showed something. The Eagles value their DL and if he has an ounce of talent, I don't think they would let that go.

Also Cine waived

He was not a great DRAFTING GM. He was a brilliant free agent GM.

Andy was a mess at GM too. Andy is still a top 5 coach.

They held the Greatest Show on Turf to 17 and scored 7 on their offense with a pick 6.

They won another Rams SB 13 to 3

They held NY to 17 and 21

They held the Eagles to 14 until it did not matter.

The Falcons only scored 21 on the D.

He chewed up Elway and spit him out. A safety on Elway and held him to 13 before Vance Johnson went Xavier Worthy with 2 minutes to go.

He confused, frustrated, and punished the Bills.

Everything he did at the end of Seattle vs NE is legendary.

Foles and Delhomme had the games of their lives, 2 marks against him.

Peak Favre Packers put up 28 on him, meh

Belichick is not Brady. Brady might be #1 US professional athlete.

Its Brady, Jordan, Babe Ruth, Gretzky (I might be missing a couple more) and then everyone else.

All true, but they wouldn’t have ever gotten to those games without Brady as the driving force. Bill was a complement to Brady … his wingman.

Bill was a tyrant. Brady was a leader.

You cannot trade for Pickett and he wouldn't make through waivers to us

You can’t trade for him because you just traded him? Didn’t know that was a rule.

I am hoping to win the next billion dollar power ball and like my odds over

You think Noll, Lombardi, and Walsh were not tyrants? 🤣

Waived/Injured. It will be interesting to see if he makes it to IR.

They were … absolutely. But they were also leaders … absolutely.

Bill was something that none of them were … a cheater.

Brady was a god among men from age 30 on. No one can get anywhere close to him 30+

Belichick already had 5 rings and got to 6 SBs before Brady's 30th birthday.

Belichick was not a leader? That is some serious alternate reality BS.

He coached the coaches. He coached the players.

He taught them discipline and drive.

It was all hard work. Again, ask softie Reggie Wayne who ran from the building after 2 weeks.

Most Patriots with rings will tell you it was never fun until the Super Bowl ended and they got a championship and a parade. That was very fun.

Walsh was a cheater. Jerry Rice was a cheater. Those 49ers cheated like crazy.

The 90's Cowboys were criminals.

The Steelers were 'roided up

The Dolphins got Shula by cheating.

Lane Johnson was a cheater.

Try your Socratic method on yourself in this case. Your bias has blinded you.

I’ve seen entirely too many tweets about Shilo Sanders getting cut. Schefter even wrote a story on it for ESPN.com. Cripes.

Howell will apparently wear 38 for the Eagles

Just waiting for them to release DTR so he can have 14

Just imagine what’ll be like if the other one is cut lol

Unless its about an edge…

Man, you really got triggered and hung up on me saying they could use another edge. Most would say that would be wise as long as they don't trade away a ton. Rooting for it is different than saying I don't trust them.

Me neither. That's why I was thinking to just trade for Kenny Small hands.

Hmm, another stupid NFL rule?

It would allow me to trade a good player to you for a 4 in a wink wink deal then you sign him to a big contract eating signing bonus dollars then trade him back to me for a 1. Essentially you'd be able to get around cap rules

Eagles rarely are this good with a 10 person draft class. Several rookies are getting cut this year.

Never ever heard anything about Walsh or the 49ers cheating. How did they cheat?

Criminals? Your biases are blinding you as well.

The Steelers did nothing that was against the rules.

Enlighten me how the Dolphins cheated.

But bottom-line your argument is that two wrongs DO make a right.

Unlike Lane Johnson, Bill has never had to pay any consequences.

Is McKee having surgery or something? This is a weird trade.

McKee isn’t ready for week one and they don’t trust McCord.
