He's balled in preseasons before, but they always cut him. I think they really only view him as good depth as a last resort, but ideally they can do better.

Howie get just mentioned "our young QBs here" in the press conference. May suggest they expect McCord will go to the PS shortly

I'm glad they didn't fall for the Patrick Johnson pre-season All-American performance. Fine with him on the PS, but he's not a top 53 player.

How many trades between now and opening day? You lose a little leverage once everyone makes their cuts, teams usually trade to avoid having to wait the waiver wire.

Howie continually talks about the 70-man roster. Gameday availability and protecting players from waivers aren't mutually exclusive anymore.

Yikes, asked about the CB position, specifically Kelee Ringo, Howie mentions Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean.

Dude was going day 2 in mock drafts a year ago. Fell to being a UDFA after an awful combine and now couldn't crack the Titan's roster even with Cam Ward's approval. Harsh business man.

Maybe but Howell is only 24 and McKee 25. Both are pretty young.

This is the first time that Patrick Johnson failed to make the 53. Even last year he made it. He was cut a week later when they added someone else and they needed to make room.
