It wouldn't surprise me if they kept him now, but intend to release once waivers etc are in to sneak on to the PS

6 DT is pretty heavy. Have to assume Young or Hall are first to go when they need to add a player.

We didn't see what Jeff saw in practice or the improvements he made. They must see something to keep him and hopefully he takes even more steps.

As an aside: Bradyn Swinson was cut. Eagles passed on him several times in the draft though, so they may just not like him.

So they don't want to tell us who the PR is before the Dallas game for competitive advantage. Can't let Dallas know who's going to fair catch or get 4 yards.

Only mentioned it because waived means they go to waivers and he does not. They could sign him to the PS immediately because he was released.

I suspect Covey, Avery Williams or even Ainias Smith will be on PS and called up week 1 to be PR

I heard Reuben Frank talk about how he came on a bit towards the end of camp.
