What’s up, guys? I’ve been quiet on here lately. The truth is, I’ve been going through a rough stretch with my mental health. I wasn’t sure whether to say anything, but with June being Men’s Mental He

Dude really kept 41. No intel on if Bennett kept 49.

Maybe he sees it as his lucky number now. 🤷‍♂️

Paul Warfield wore 42... and had a HOF career.

They will change their numbers before the season.

That would seem counterintuitive to me. Wouldn't it be easier sneaking him to the PS with the masses to hide him? The Eagles just signaled to the league that Keegan was good enough for their initial 53 and is now available with a spotlight on him.

I think if anything they wanted to put Hughlett on the PS but some teams were offering him a job and forced the issue.

Maybe. But, they were going to need a LS for all 17 games, so having him on the PS was a temporary situation anyway. He could only be called up (what is it now?) 4 times max?

7 squared! Solid choice!!!

I thought there was a chance that 23 would be available and then we had to go and resign Ricks

Maybe 18?

3 times. He was always going to end up on the roster at some point.

I don't know if this was Howies line of thinking but to me, the elevations aren't as important in the beginning of the season as they are later on during the grind of Week 5 or so onward. Players should be generally healthy early on, so if you don't really need them for anything specifically, you can elevate the LS the first three week while keeping someone else protected on the roster. When he runs out of elevations, you figure it out then. There could be an open spot for them at that point.

I'm sure already posted on here but Rashee Rice suspended 1st 6 games so will miss week two versus us.

Dylan McMahon made the Rams PS. Covey did not.

So then there was no real reason to release Hughlett besides Howie wanted to troll the beat writers contest

I wonder if there was some contract thing whereby they re-signed him at a lower salary than they had originally signed him for.

Please get Lampkin a rep vs Davis *immediately*

Google says he is the shortest center in the last 25 years. The next closest seems to be 6'2.

Dude carries 290 on 5-11 incredibly well. You'd think that weight on that heigh would have a belly, but he looks like he could be a FB.

Pretty sure he played at 270 in college. Think he got up to 279 at combine. That picture he's probably 270.

I like that Practice Squad a lot. 14 names, so they can add McCollum and Montrell Johnson.

That makes more sense.

I'm assuming those are being held for Keegan and McCollum. Would be surprised if they made the 53 but Eagles didn't bother bringing them back to the PS.

With the signing of Lampkin, I suspect Keegan is expendable.

Stepnoski was 6'1 290 for the Cowboys along with a guy named Jack Ringo who was 6'1 235 for the Packers in the 60s.

He was one a veteran salary benefit contract. It's possible there was some motivating factor only people in Novacare really know about.

I don't think they have much in common. Lampkin is never playing G

Chance Campbell being the LB we kept for the PS is fairly surprising.

With Lampkin being this athletic freak, maybe he can be the long-snapper.

I don't think it is that hyperbolic. In two seasons with the Eagles he had 12 interceptions. He had a nose for the ball.

Definitely had a nose for the ball, but "turnover machine” a whole level greater than "nose for the ball.”

Further, in his six NFL seasons he has a total of 18 INTs … 3 per year. And in the four non-Eagles seasons he has a total of 6

INTs … 1.5 per year. Perhaps his INTs are attributable to scheme.

Dang, what did they run a few tush push attempt before they measured him? He was 5'11" just a second ago.
