Something I didn't know is the Eagles are the first team in history to win 5 straight home games(playoffs included) in 2024.

Cool?

Not that it's going to happen, but how awesome would it be to be the first 3-peat after stopping KC from doing it lol

One game at a time, Paco one game

Same.

Because that's my daughters naptime and I can actually watch the game lol

I like the early games 10 o’clock on the West Coast because I can take a nap myself after the game

Chiefs get Rashee Rice back eho they didn't have.

Agreed. Does that come with questions?

Given the focus on the KC game... can opening day be a trap?

Yes, it can be. An opportunity to tell Jerry to shut his trap.

No?

The Miami Dolphins went 17 and oh one season that meant there were eight regular season games at home and they won them all. The Patriots a couple years ago when they lost to the Giants in the Super Bowl had more than five home wins I would expect as well. Strange.

That's Sky for you. The blackout used to be all Sunday games, but thankfully they have budged a bit since then. They don't want to lose ratings and subs, so I'd think pay more for the privilege, even as a fan, its stupid to have that in 2025.

The worst thing about Sky is the presenting, I hate Neil Reynolds and they managed to get someone even more clueless in Hannah Wilkes for when he's not in, it's god awful.

It's been 13 years and I still don't understand why they got rid of Nick Halling.

5 straight meaning back to back to back to back to back. It's never happened because it's rare for a team to get 3 straight home games in the playoffs and win them all, plus end a season with two straight home games.

Yeah, but not in 2024

(Yeah, I know what he was saying, we won at home in the final two weeks of the regular and then 3 playoff home games, but the placement of that last prepositional phrase made it sound like the year was a key part to the stat, not the year they made the record lol )

Yeah, when’s this dude getting suspended?

You realize that players, coaches, training staff, stadium operations, etc. all prefer 1pm Sunday games. (I'd venture to say that even most ticket holders prefer 1pm games as well.)

You have consistent recovery, game planning, practice, and travel processes. We play on four different days of the week after the bye.

I don't care about that. 1 PM games are to worst to me. I prefer the later games. I also prefer that my team is the team that gets thr national stage for the rest of the league to watch. It's a matter of pride and respect. And the league doesn't seem to have much respect for the team that just won the Super Bowl and has been to two in the past 3 seasons.

RIF.

"in 2024" was the key part.

Problem is he'll be a GM in 2 years and Eagles don't get comp picks again

And the Eagles don't get comp picks when he's a GM. I still hate everything about the Rooney Rule. It seems the Eagles have given minoriries their first chance in the NFL far more than many other teams. If the NFL wants to reward teams (which I think is silly), they should reward the teams that are opening the door, not rewarding teams for giving the final step.
