If soldier field wasn’t so grossly overused completely destroying the turf i think it’d be a lot better.

They ruined it. It could have been iconic, like it once was. But they didn't know how to update it to add luxury boxes, etc. So they added a spaceship to a classic Greek design. Just bozo stuff.

I grew up at the Vet. It was a hole, but it was our hole.

So many good memories. They used to have double headers in baseball back then.

1 pm Eagles games, 4pm games at Jaworski's, then 7pm Flyers games.

Eagles need to make a move on the interior OL before the deadline. It may be more important than edge

The Linc is still a great stadium for football. It's not a dome. It shouldn't be a dome. It's a great place to watch a game... in the elements, as football is supposed to be played.

I think the fans and the fact that the team has put out a great on field product for years make the Linc a great place to watch football. The venue itself is below average, IMO.

It wouldn’t hurt to get Icebox either.

She probably would've made a better tackle attempt on that Jefferson catch and run

WEll that started poorly

Luckily the Eagles have a very creative and experienced playcaller to find ways to offset all the injuries on the line.

The defense is due for some sacks...they were close in the first half

You don’t feel like you’re gonna have a seizure from all the glitz and glam either like a lot of these new ones. I’m very anti dome and love the open air, open concept stadiums. Call me a sucker for tradition (all the old power house CFB team’s stadiums too).

We are just not a good football team.

The OL can’t block anything right now after starting great…but Hurts also is not seeing the field at all.

Dude hasnt seen the field all year and when he does no one is open

We stink. Good Lord.

I wouldn’t argue for a dome. I think you should use whatever your advantage is of your location. Which if it snows that’s to your advantage, especially if you’re playing a team from the West Coast or a team that plays in a dome. That said being to different stadiums around the country for baseball and football, linc is not one of the venues Ii thought the stadium was super impressive. It had a great game day atmosphere but that was more the fans and the team. I’m going to sofi in December so I’m curious to see how that is. Cause everybody tells me it’s unbelievable.

Bad start.

The style of stadium that was the Vet was a horrific design. It wasn't just bad in Philly, it was bad everywhere. 3 Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh, Riverfront Stadium in Cincinnati, Busch Memorial Stadium... they were all bad. The Vet just happened to be the worst. The Linc is a good stadium, single purpose. No need to trash it.

The could’ve redone the turf and fixed the bathrooms, and I would’ve declared it mission accomplished.

That’s just bad hiring…Michigan managed to update the Big House. Pretty sure Penn State upgraded recently too.

..yet with a good roster.

What does that tell a rational person?

Lot of missed tackles again

Not a surprise. Jergens goes out, Toth comes in, offense can't do anything

Toth isn’t the big problem

Pam must be dealing with some age/medical issue because her speech also sounds so sloshed these days.

The only real different this week from the last 2 is Carson Wentz.

THAT IS WHY CAMPBELL SHOULDN’T BE AT EDGE

Sirianni has to do a better job. It's bad

Nope but there is the excuse

I’m having BG at DT flash backs seeing Campbell at edge. He’s gonna get hurt…
