Eagles need to make 3 roster moves in the next two weeks. More if they make any trades that don't include a player of their own. (Also might have Hinton, Williams and Lampkin return at some point).

I'm guessing Granson is one of them. Doesn't seem like 4 TE's is needed, especially now with Johnson playing in more 6 OL sets. I can't speak to overall ST play but it feels like Latu has flashed more there.

Dillon probably should be one with the emergence of Bigsby as an offensive weapon. I'm not even sure he played a single snap yesterday.

Not sure who the third would be. Patrick Johnson?

I think DT and Edge are the biggest needs with CB2 still being up there, but I think they roll with what they have. Bennett is still an unknown, but they traded a good depth piece to get him so I think they are going to let Ringo, Jackson and Bennett rotate as needed if that's the case.

Byron Young should not be on the team. Ty Robinson, for as much as I loved his college tape, just isn't ready and BG/healthyish Nolan Smith aren't the final answer at Edge.

Byron Young, AJ Dillon and Kylen Granson can all be cut and easily brought back to the PS if needed.

Dillon, Gipson(looked ok as a returner, but not worth a roster spot for that alone). I don't think they're gonna bring Lampkin back, they'll probably keep him on IR for the season. Not sure who else after that.

I guess Nickerson is one. Kinda surprised about that. Maybe they think Mac can handle backup SCB?

I don’t know why Covey is even on the practice squad. Why bother if they don’t trust him for return duties and they think he sucks as a WR?

Mukuba is essentially our dime back, so maybe can go lighter.

It’s funny to see all the folks hopping back on the bus. Especially, all the folks who were calling for the season to be over after the 2 losses in a row lmao

That last TD from Hurts was way under thrown. Thankfully Dotson bailed that bum out

Some under thrown balls are done on purpose, especially when you are going against poor ball location DBs. If our receiver knows the ball is going to be under thrown, when he turns to come back to the ball, the DB is perfectly set up to cause a pass interference flag for obstruction

Never suggested he made the wrong read and he should have thrown it to DeVonta. Merely, pointing out that he was wide open. We point out wide open players every week. It was a fantastic play.

The outcome of the Dotson TD was fantastic, but much harder than it should have been. Look how wide open DeVonta is. Coulda have walked in.

I think it's just the way you worded it that's the throwing people off. If you had said it was "much harder than it could have been" rather than "much harder than it should have been" that would be less likely to be interpreted as you implying Hurts had made the wrong read. Different connotations and implications with a slight variation in phrasing.

And yeah without knowing what the designed progression is on that play call, it's hard to say if he actually abandoned his first read, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's either an artifact of AJ being out but the read still starts with the X here, or that Smitty was the first read but Jalen liked his chances against the weaker corner and so took that shot instead. Thankfully it worked out in the end with Dotson making a phenomenal play.

Isn't Quez on the PS? Talk about wasted spot

No where was I trolling. I didn't say it was the wrong throw. I didn't say it was a bad throw. I literally said, DeVonta was also wide open and he would have walked in. There's no trolling. There's no criticism there. How people are taking that post as me thinking Hurts is the worst QB in the world or me throwing shade is baffling.

It was a great play. I'm happy to see Dotson make a play. The Eagles need more than their top 4 guys making plays.

It was under thrown and Dotson made a great play to snatch it from being picked. Don't let them corner you

AJ Brown to the Patriots for a conditional 3rd round pick.

While we are it - lets trade away Jalen Carter for a 6th round pick

That jacket isn't on their website sad

AJ isn't getting traded. I doubt he gets traded in the offseason or at next year's trade deadline. Would be a 40 plus million dollar cap hit if I remember right. He's stated Philly is his home and he loves it here
