I wonder if that's what happened with Dickerson too. Whatever he might have took before the game could have been weening off and just the delay in general could have locked his back up.

Thought that as well. 1-0

Reggie was great it. There's that infamous story of when Reggie got pissed off at a Lions LT in a joint practice after being sworn at by the tackle. Reggie turned and calmly told him Jesus is coming, then patiently waited for the next time they're up against each other, and proceeded to take it out on the poor sap during their rep.

Absolutely, which is why he was the GOAT.

IMO, it's been well established. That's not a high bar to set. But, Ringo is just lost out there.

Dillon clearly hurt Dickerson and Mailata and they weren't the same after that. That was the big event. There's really no guesswork needed. Dillon is in my doghouse. The severity of these injuries and to what extent it hampers our OL in to the future will determine if I can ever root for him again, or if he will be the next Sendejo.

He was here for multiple seasons and they couldn't tell that before they let Slay and Rodgers go?

We definitely need to throw the ball more. Jalen should be more aggressive, but part of that is coached in him and his faith in the defense.

AJ Brown AND Landon Dickerson might need to sit next week. It's a long season and we need them long-term. A loss to the Chiefs doesn't really matter (AFC road loss against the best team on our schedule). Hell, we'd might even win without them. Give me Metchie/Cooper who are better blockers over hobbled AJ.

Bo, Fran, and EJ think AJ's hammy is still bothering him. Fran said watching the game last night, looked like AJ lacked his usual burst.

🤷‍♂️. I never saw it with him. I know there were a bunch of people talking about him. But most of the comments were about his potential and his youth. At this point, one of those is sailing away quick... and the other isn't far behind.

And more down the field.

The only thing I’ll say re Jalen Carter…

If you can spit in the opposing starting QB Dak Prescott’s face…on national tv…with the ref right next to you…before the first play of the entire nfl regular season…self control is an unfixable deficit. It may not happen again on that scale (or it might), but it will happen again. This is like trying to make a 4.8 WR a fast deep threat. Some things are not modifiable.

Still love the guy. But it will happen again.

I don't think he'll spit again, but he'll definitely do something dumb.

It will be hard to extend him after this

I don’t see the point of debating the need to throw the ball more or throw it past the sticks more. They aren’t comfortable doing it. It’s just not happening.

The biggest problem with the offense last night (from another vantage point of what I already said) was the number of Barkley runs that went for 0 to negative yards. It was a LOT. And it was entirely because the interior OL wasn’t getting push.

lol wut

Saw a funny comment online about spitgate.

'Carter's spit on Dak's jersey is the only time it ever had Championship DNA.

The Eagles are going to want to extend him with protections that Carter's agent will not want to give.

There is nothing wrong with Brown. That hamstring had plenty of time to heal.
