Now include the yards Sanders got on the run he broke, where Jackson decided to fall down with his back to the play as Sanders hit the hole. That play was a benchable offense. It looked like he just wanted no part in the contact. If he sticks his nose in the hole, that play is stopped right there for maybe a 3-5 yard gain. Instead he crashes out and Sanders gets a boat load more.

I’m not going to defend Adoree I’m just saying we’ve seen worse performances

By not letting him play that was like a 2 game suspension already for it being a division game

Yeah, we should all be asking for our QB to me more like Dak with all of his spectacular throws and playoff success 😂

Its the worst ive seen, worse than toast jenkins, maxwell, cromartie, fletcher, I cant think in my mind a worse played game from an eagle corner in all the time ive watched eagles football.

He was bad against the pass, worse against the run, just awful all together.

Hey leave me out of it…

Smith is a good signing. Waiting for a trade for CB2. Most glaring hole on the team.

I think interior OL help is a pretty big need too. It's only week 1 and Landon Dickerson has already had knee surgery and is laboring over a jacked up back. I'd wager he doesn't finish more games than he actually does or he eventually has to shut it down for a significant amount of time. All credit in the world to Dickerson for being a tough as nails man and playing through things, but he's reached a point where playing injured not only continues to hurt his body, but he's hurting the team.

I'd almost rather him shut it down now, and get healthy for the end of the season and the playoffs.

Compare that to the way Dak responded on the fumble. He did everything you would want a player to do. Risking injury to make the play rather than avoiding injury risk.

Setting aside the bad against the run part, and focusing on the bad against the pass part, I place part of the blame on his coaches … Fangio and Parker and Anderson … who had Adoree (and Q too) lining up at the snap giving the Receiver a huge cushion. That was incredibly passive … definitely an invitation to Dak and CeeDee to connect on the quick slants that frequently moved the chains. That was much less the case during the second half.

It would have been a different game if Dak had tackled Carter and spit at Quinyon

Nah. The worst single game performance in recent memory was Avonte Maddox against Davante Adams in the games the Eagles won against the Packers on a last-minute Bradham INT near the end zone. Adams would have set the NFL record for receiving yards in a game if he hadn't gotten injured. Maddox didn't even compete; it was like a man against a little kid. Just a terrible boundary CB

None of those guys were as consistently bad as Nolan Carroll, Leodis, or Mills were on a regular basis. People forget what a wasteland CB2 was before Slay arrived.

Maddox wasnt really a boundary corner, he as a nickel so ill give him a pass

Wow, Howie got on the phone quick with this new Za'Darius signing. Didn't he have a lot of sacks too.

Time to put McKee on the market. Instead of asking for a 2nd round pick, ask for CB1 on the team with interest.

How would he not have learned this from last year?

Didnt help that adoree would line up 10 yards off the ball and at the snap play bail 20 yards more ...
