  • It’s really cool that the Eagles have become an antichoke team. A lot of that is that Hurts has the sideline disposition of a corpse whether it is September or the SB.

They benched him for being late to meetings before. It’s obviously in the best interest of the team he plays but I also don’t think Nick is the type to be passive and put up with that BS. He is notorious about coaching and harping on the little things. Losing your composure in game would be one of those things.

One simply cannot allow a person to spit in your direction and smirk afterward. This is serious business.

And 99.

Again, Ring of Honor. I actually expected them to put JC into 99 when they drafted him.

If it was determined that the dad ripped the ball out of her hand, would that change the perception? That seemed to be what she claimed.

No. The video showed it was a quick one second free for all that he ended up with the ball. There wasn’t even any ripping or jerking motion from him. If she held it up and he ripped it out, then it changes things. I still don’t think she should have demanded the ball though. The guy looked pretty puzzled about the whole thing.

TL/DR: No clear recovery. Ball goes to Dad.

From the replay I saw the ball hit her in the hands, she didn’t catch it, and it started bouncing down some steps and he was the first one to it…I really didn’t pay a lot of attention to it.

I don’t see how her employer could get together and fire her with cause in less than 24 hours, but I know nothing about NJ labor laws.

I think my wife sent me some fake news.

I think Mitchell may have had his toughest game as an Eagle Thursday. Deep PI. Beat deep and bailed by a drop on another. Dropped INT in the hands. Juked out of his jock in the flat.

Still a stud, but we can call it like it is for one game.

C’mon, Dak smirked at him! Smirked! You can’t let someone get away with that.

It was nothing more than rivalry shenanigans between two teams that have one of, if not the most heated rivalries in the NFL. Nothing more nothing less. Just a shame it cost JC the opportunity to play the game. I’m willing to bet all the players have already moved on from it, DAL lost the game. I moved on from it as well as the game itself when the clock hit :00.

I think this is something that’s done with and everyone should just move on. Karen got her ball, got booed out of the stadium and was publicly shamed by millions.

The kid got a ball, got an autographed bat, got to meet Bader in the tunnels after the game and got stuff from the Marlins too.

She doesn’t need to lose her job, he doesn’t need anything else and got his cool memory moment.

Yes. But I also googled it

Carter is an idiot for retaliating. Should’ve laughed then destroyed Dak’s night on the field. It’s always the second guy who gets caught. That said i don’t buy for a second Dak’s reasoning at his presser. I guarantee Dak knows Carter is kind of a reactionary hot head guy. I think he 100% was trying to bait him into getting a 15 yard penalty.

Now it’s time to shame the dad for taking the ball from his kid to give it back to her.

Frankly she deserves to be called Phillie Karen and she is getting roasted on social media. Doesn’t deserve to lose her job. Lose some respect from her peers and/or friends for the absurdity of the situation. That said kid and father cause of karenness got to meet the man, the myth the legend master bader

I’m sure Dak was trolling him knowing Carter is an overgrown 12-year-old and something so small would rattle him.

I just can’t bring myself to care even a little about what Dak did. I don’t think anyone else would care all that much either if Jalen were a well-adjusted adult.

It’s short for "Madison, get me a beer.”

When she grabbed him it looked like his reaction was to put up his fists and protect himself for a split second

Green shirt in the video I saw blocked the view but it seemed like they were all scrambling for the ball and he just was quicker 🤷‍♂️

To be perfectly honest, I don’t blame Dak for trying to do it. If I knew their best player was a hothead and I could get a free 15 yards because he’s a hothead, then go for it. Imo that’s gamesmanship at that point. Again don’t think Dak thought he’d get him kicked out of the game. Do I think Dak should get fined for his role? Probably.

In the end don’t care about Dak cause he doesn’t play here. Issues carter can’t be such a hot head and handle the situation the way he did. That hurts the team and himself. Also believe officials are going to be watching him much more closely for the rest of the season knowing he’s liable to do something like he did

He looked scared out of his mind.

I believe it. I’m mostly joking. Surely he just wanted to diffuse the situation and keep his kid safe from what appeared to be a total weirdo. But… I kinda think he looked like a punk too.

This was her reaction to people giving her a hard time about her little crash out over a ball that was given to a kid. Once you've shown what a complete (unt you are to the entire world, your employer usually won't want to be associated with you any further. So no, not over the top at all.
