Why does it seem so difficult for the Eagles to get their star WR the ball at times? It's always eye opening watching other games to see catch after catch by WRs. I'm pretty sure we all agree Jalen Hurts played a great game on Thursday. He was decisive, he ran when he needed to and he was accurate with the ball. With that being said, how do DeVonta and AJ only come away with 4 catches for 24 yards? Are the Dallas DB that good that they can erase a top 3 and top 10 WR in the NFL? Do the Eagles need to scheme better to get them the ball? I know the Eagles can win every which way, but it's not like the running game dominated either.

Hurts🤷‍♂️

  • They just announced the flight crew is from Dallas… So I yelled "GO BIRDS” Waiting for the Air Marshall to take me out

  • It’s really cool that the Eagles have become an antichoke team. A lot of that is that Hurts has the sideline disposition of a corpse whether it is September or the SB.

Unfortunately its hurts

Loved Jeffery Simmons in that draft. I still think he’s awesome. Unfortunate he’s stuck in Tennessee

This quote is from ‘63 but it really is true.

"When you throw a pass three things can happen to it, and two of them are bad.”

When you have to throw it, throw it. PHI didn’t have to throw it much this past Thursday, and when they really needed a pass or deep ball they got it, that ball to Dotson impacted the game a lot. That’s the best possible offense you can have imo, really difficult to defend.

Stupid playcalling for Lions

Maybe just me but a 55 year old OC that has never had that position before is a red flag to me.

The Lions best chance might have been when they were up 2 scores in the nfc title game against he niners in 2023.

Im really happy if the Lions implode due to the loss of their coordinators, because Green Bay just is not a scary team to me either.

Leaves the rams to contend with, and whats with Stafford's back? Is that going to last all season?

Washington looked dangerous and yet, only scored 21 on the Giants.

Who can compete? We just need Hurts to discover what a wide receiver is again and we should be set.

Idk if Jordan love can play like this the packers are a very dangerous team. Their entire legitimacy falls on love

Man, GB looks good.

The nfl and their bs taunting penalties

I think I have it figured out. If your uniform is green then all taunting penalties are called.

I hope they pick a different color every week but its too soon to tell.

I watched 10+ players yell in the face of another player with no penalty calls today.

Windows close as fast as they open and why I would have had zero issue getting Parsons

2 sides of a coin, Lions look baaaaaad

The Lions only got points because a Packer used his words but too close to a Lion so he may have hurt some feelings.

On passing downs the Cowboys put their two Boundary CBs in Man coverage on both Devonta and AJ with Safety help producing bracket coverage. That smothered both receivers.

What Patullo needs to do, and did not do against the Boys, is to call more plays with targets for AJ and/or Devonta on the downs/snaps that are not passing downs. More play action and more pre snap motion will help.

I also think the ineffectiveness of the O-Line run blocking in the 2nd Half muted the effectiveness of play action.

The flip side could be how bad the Lions look.

and a young group of receivers, he can ball out but they are a big part of it.

Goedert was reliable on Thursday, but seeing all these young TE making plays is frustrating. The Eagles have ignored draft after draft of loaded TE groups. They've made it an absolute next year.

They have a lot on the offensive side of the ball already so it doesn't bother me bypassing TE. Defense still needs to catch up there no less especially on the line and at CB2. On offense now the o-line will need attention. Steen is very average and Lane is toying with retirement. I'm fine there bypassing TE yet again. Day 3 I have no qualms nabbing someone however.

Can that future HoF lock WR Teslaa play offensive line too?

He’s the wildcard. While it’s still early in his career to me he’s starting yo mirror Prescott. Great against bad teams, struggles against good teams, and one of reasons his team loses in playoffs. He’s had at least 2 in his last 2 playoff games.

Besides golden he’s worked with these guys for multiple years. So the young WRs might be age but for at least wicks, Reed and Doubs he’s worked with them for multiple years

Gonna be a green bay sloberfest this week

Of all the games I’ve watched, the Packers have probably looked the most impressive.

The Dolphins were abysmal. I wouldn’t be incredibly shocked if McDaniels is fired tomorrow and/or Hill is traded tomorrow.

Here comes the next team for the media and NFL to fawn over.
