Like Skippy you are forgetting that unless the QB’s fake to the RB is otherworldly, most run blitzes morph into pass blitzes when the QB doesn’t hand the ball to the RB.

They are feasting right now. It really shows how much the Eagles need Jalen Carter to be on the field and to be the player he can be and then some. Michah Parsons has opened up that entire DL for the Packers. We saw it first hand on Thursday night. The Eagles DL, while not pedestrian, was not a force without Carter in the game. Now, part of that might be that the entire defensive gameplan was created with Carter in mind and then bang, all of the sudden you don't have that center piece.

At DT, assuming Carter isn't suspended you have Carter, Davis and Ojomo. I want Ty Robinson playing. I'm still confused as to why he was inactive. I know Byron Young is the backup NT, so now it comes down to Gabe Hall vs Ty Robinson.

Whatever the rotation is, they are all better with Carter in there.

Its basic physics. If you run into a RB when he has the ball. he does not gain yards. The same collision prevents you from getting to the QB as the RB is in your way.

he may not want to run into Saquon but Saquon will run into him because he wants to.

No idea why you have to argue this very simple and obvious dynamic.
