They lost because their kick returner handed the Steelers 7 points.

So they did jets like things.

  • They just announced the flight crew is from Dallas… So I yelled "GO BIRDS” Waiting for the Air Marshall to take me out

  • It’s really cool that the Eagles have become an antichoke team. A lot of that is that Hurts has the sideline disposition of a corpse whether it is September or the SB.

Ravens kickoff coverage is awful. Lamar also needs to actually get rid of the football and not just hold onto it for forever

Bills should go for it

Ravens are super lucky that hit the bills player first.

Jalen played really well

I really liked highsmith when he came out of Charlotte

Good defenders read and react. They don’t all run into the ball carrier unless the QB’s handoff fake is outstanding. Given how poorly the Eagles O-Line was run blocking on Thursday, a QB’s fake handoff would have had to be otherworldly to get the defenders to all bite.

If the running game was cooking with gas, that would be different, but it wasn’t even cooking let alone cooking well.

The Eagles had 100 yards rushing in the first half. That was with Mailata and Dickerson. They didn’t have them in the second half. Maybe that affected things.

I’d add we didn’t play most of our starters all preseason. So playing that many snaps in week 1 and then having a weird delay mid second half probably didn’t help. I’d be pretty surprised if we don’t get a better performance from the OL over the next couple weeks and become more stabilized

Confused because I saw this twice now. Mailata played 100%. Do you mean the Dillon play banged him up that he wasn’t his usual self?

I know the bills are down a couple guys, but with a defensive head coach i always feel like their defense fails to come up big in a big spot.

Derrick Henry looks like he's mad about all the love Saquon has been getting.

I see the Bills still cant stop the run…

Too small

Ravens still won’t beat the Bills in the playoffs and the Bills still won’t beat the Chiefs.

Henry is just an anomaly at this point. It’s hard to think of how much he’s been used and is still effective at his size.

More impressive to DeJean and him planting him in open field.

Ravens get over the hump and win the Super Bowl this year. They look truly dominant.

Maybe. But this has been a thing for a couple years now. Like last year, bills were super fortunate Mark Andrews dropped the two point conversion cause you had a chance with under two minutes left with your defense to end that game. And looked pathetic letting them drive down the field in less than 90 seconds. And then the next week you’re playing Kansas City who hadn’t scored over 30 points all year. So what does Kansas City do? They go out and score over 30 for the first time all year. At some point in time, McDermott who’s a defensive minded coach has to get his defense to step up when it matters the most.

Don’t get me wrong their offense isn’t absolved from blame either

Blankenship did it to him as a rookie too.

McDermott is like a Temu Eagles Andy Reid. He’s a good coach generally speaking but they never get over the hump. At some point you have to move on because the Bills are talented enough to win the AFCCG at least once.

Yup i said similar last year. At some point in time this becomes a Tony Dungy Tampa Bay Buccaneers type thing if they can’t break that door down. Like how many times are you gonna keep getting to the same point and not get over the hump. You only get so much time with Josh Allen’s window and a frankly bad afc east, so you better maximize it.

Not sure about that. Chiefs might not even be in the playoffs

I still think the afc they’ll find a way to be in that playoff. Afc east is only getting the bills. Afc south stinks. Although the afc west is far better than in previous years. Even the worst team the raiders aren’t awful. Geno isn’t great but he’s better than anyone they’ve had since early in Carr’s career. Still think KC gets in.

The Eagles are clearly the most talented team in the NFL.

Its not rocket surgery. They were a 2022 SB team and the NFL handed them Carter, Q, DeJean, and Campbell for some reason.

The Ravens were close and added Jaire Alexander.

The Packers were close to the Ravens and added Parsons.

Everyone else is far behind those three teams. The Chiefs could easily be 3rd in their own division this year. They are already alone in 4th.

Packers at Eagles and Bills at Ravens would be my guess at Championship Sunday.

Who wins an Eagles Ravens SB now, the Eagles. They don't play now so lets see who is healthy and how each team is playing in early 2026.

Tucker was 11-19 from 40+ last year. Forget him being a creep, he was an awful kicker in 2024. The Ravens are much better without him playing like that.

The Lamar narrative is stupid. He played well enough to beat the Bills (with mistakes, sure)

His awesome TE had the worst game of his life with a fumble and a 2 point conversion drop.

There is no reason to pretend 2021 Mahomes is going to show up this regular season.

There is also no reason to pretend 2020 Lamar is going to show up in the playoffs.

Baltimore is a great regular season team. Have been for a few years now. Lamar will be in the MVP conversation. Playoff football is different though.
