An under the radar more personal preference type trade (besides d-line) would be to trade for a stud guard. Someone that has at least two more years left on his rookie deal. Move Steen to the 6th man off the bench. That gives you more versatility and quality depth in case Logan misses games, which just seems to be a matter of when rather than if.

  • It’s really cool that the Eagles have become an antichoke team. A lot of that is that Hurts has the sideline disposition of a corpse whether it is September or the SB.

This is what I'm honestly hoping for.

Eh, they had four backs on the roster to begin with, VanSumeren included. Essentially Bigsby takes that spot and offers a role on specials, like BVS did. A different role, yes, but a role nonetheless. So I guess this makes sense.

They carried four backs in 2017 too, with Barner not doing much other than as a kick returner.

Love.

May be blaspheme to bring up, but it should also be noted that Barkley is not super effective as a goal line back...I wonder if they dare hand it off to Bigsby down there. Could take some burden off of Hurts having to run and take hits in the red zone.

Eagles seem to be putting it out there that they love their RB room as to not show their hand or upset anyone currently in the room, seems to be the right way to approach it.

4th and 3 and that throw was nowhere close to anything

Hope you are right.

I hope so too. I’m not saying this is the greatest move but I’m more of a wait and see and I don’t get uptight every time they trade a late pick or two. I think the Metchie, Bigsby type moves can have subtle impact on the margins

Yea that was highly questionable

Don’t want Saquon to feel threatened

We’ll see how it plays out, but with Tanks draft pedigree, NFL resume, and the comp that we gave up to get him….it just seems like more than a KR.

Yeah, I think he ultimately leapfrogs Ship and Dillion to become the main backup to Barkley.

McCarthy = Zach Wilson

I bet he bangs his mom’s friends

I think he already has.

Tanner McKee you are a Minnesota Viking.

Given how important the run game is to this team, I don’t mind investing in RB. That said, I’d rather of drafted Merritt over a slow footed OL project. I thought he could be our Pacheco, but I digress.

One of the reasons Croskey-Merritt seemed so good was because we didnt draft Bigsby when we should have.

Rodgers and a first ;)

Fran Duffy talking now and he is high on Bigsby

Yeah no. Dillon and or if Shipley is a little more banged up than what is being said. Makes no sense to come out and say Bigsby is the new RB2 or anything else about Shipley. So just put this out there. Makes sense.
