A lot of Hurts haters but he has a great feel for when to take risks and when to be ugly conservative and not turn the ball over. Thats why he wins so much

Hurts was at best…a net neutral today for the team.

Yes he was, he was the passing game coordinator.

Ok. I see what I said. I thought we knew we were talking about OCs. He wasnt OC 2 years ago.

Hurts is on pace for less than 2000 passing yards, as a starting QB in a 17 game season, with a loaded offense.

It’s no secret he can’t throw. He’s had 2 really good games throwing and they were in the super bowls.. regular season hurts is meh

So if he plays the same but we lose then it’s a problem?

That logic seems flawed

seems??? lol

Which has nothing to do with his ability to move.

It was still something to see.

Mukuba has run further in the open field with the ball in his hands than the entire offense combined through 2 games.

but these 100 yard games 😬

These are the types of games where you can get away with it on a given Sunday. It's not ideal. In the short term, it's good enough to get through a given week. Beating the Chiefs, on the road, is never an easy task. And the Eagles got it done today. And that's all that matters... for today.

They turn the page to the Broncos and need to figure out the passing game. Their passing game is 100% broken right now. They limped their way to a victory and it tastes good, because having a good passing game today and losing would be bitter. Ultimately, though, they need to figure out the passing game for the long term.

You think that’s impressive aj brown is on pace for 51 receptions and 298 receiving yards.

I think we also broke Chris Jones. 🤣

Bro this is gold

Good win but my lord the offense is tough to watch

If the eagles are not miraculously fixed next week, they will absolutely lose to the rams. Rams have all of their offensive weapons so the eagles will have to score points.

I dont expect the eagles to be miraculously fixed next week sadly.

Need another TE 8f making one more move

Always fun to watch the excuses just because a W happened

I'm not saying the sky is falling but I'm not ignoring obvious problems just because we pulled out a win

Zadarius looks like a great signing

logic is fine. I’m not a Hurts fan, I’m an Eagles fan. If the offensive + defense is outscoring the opponents, then things are doing well enough to win.

If the offense + defense is not outscoring opponents, then you figure out the easiest way to change that. Passing game is a low hanging fruit.

If we go 13-4 and he passes for 2700 yards, I’m not going to sit here and say he cost us anything. If we lose before the SB in a low yards game, then I will.

It doesn’t have to be more complicated than that. Russell Wilson threw for 450 yards in a loss. I’m happier that Hurts threw for 96 yards in a win. People get so Fantasy Football minded about all this. We’re trying to win football games, not a passing title. We just beat arguably the hardest team on our schedule, and looked like we handled them well aside from 1-2 plays, even with 96 yards passing.

So ignore it until we lose. Understood. Thanks for the clarification

So Mahomes is not the best QB in the league. There i said it.

It's the NFL. Wins are hard.

Game ball goes to Mrs. Swift

More or less, yes. His job isn’t to throw for 300 yards; his job is to figure out how we end with the highest score. When that stops, we’ve got a problem. It stopped in 2023, regardless of how many yards he threw for
