Yup. They need the ABS system it’s gotten to the point where the umps are missing obvious strikes. It’s been really bad this year. we got screwed a ton late in this game. Walker Buehler doesn’t want it but it’s clearly needed.

They should just go with what they were using in Spring Training. Teams can ask for a review - maybe a limit per inning or game etx but it was almost instant when they were doing it in Spring Training - seemed like less than 10 seconds on average

During spring training (and all star game) they used the ABS challenge system. It’s super fast. Been using abs in the minors. Minor league levels love it. It’s why many players just want to have ABS system Implemented cause it’s super accurate and fast as it immediately tells ump behind home plate if it’s a strike or a ball.

Man that commentary from the second Monday night game was brutal. I like Riddick a lot and Orlovsky is ok but they are terrible calling games. hey put Collinsworth to shame when it comes to picking one or two guys and glazing them all night. I have no clue who the play by play guy was but if you don't even know who John Cena is and can't pronounce his name properly two times you might be under qualified for a job in sports.

Also, nothing would make me happier than to curb stomp the Rams and the Bucs the next two weeks. I can't stand either team! Is this likely to happen, probably not.....but let's just go 1-1 in these games and be 3-1 at the quarter mark with room to improve.

Having an offensive roster that nearly every QB in the entire league would prefer to have than their own if team allegiance was wiped from their brains probably helps.

The only reason it can’t be considered a sport is because it’s scripted.

But they are insane athletes. Many are in peak physical condition, outside the big fat guy. They perform 3-4 times a week with no offseason doing extremely physical stunts. It’s amazing injuries aren’t more common than they already are.

Pretty much all the rookie RBs from this "historic class" have been trash so far. Jeanty, Hampton, Henderson, Harvey etc. I think it'll just take time, but Jeanty is the only one who has done nothing with high volume at least. Would be par for the course with the Raiders.
