Yes, I'd say its a legit player, not necessarily a big name but on the 53 man roster.

The list is the "Best Philly Athletes”. Because the adjective "Philly” is in the attributive position the list isn’t meant to provide just the Best Athlete. It means the athlete otherwise had attributes that made him quintessentially Philly.

I have an announcement based on some comments earlier about if Mukuba might start this game. Yes. He will. Yeah DeJean took a few weeks till Fangio was comfortable he was up to speed. But they had ol' veteran Maddox in place to allow that to happen. Who do you play ahead of Mukuba? Afraid he might make a few mistakes? Well, Sydney Brown will too. There is no wily vet to place hold for the first few weeks. It seems likely that itll be trial by fire for Mukuba.
