Also a great play chasing down Stafford

Yes, that was a really good play. Wonder if he got credited for the sack on that play?

If you watch the replay, one of the Eagles DL may have gone a tick early on the block....

YES because it's 1 play. They make the FG and we lose the game

Well you can do that with any win about what "almost" happened, but didn't. Were Chiefs fans pissed after their SB win against us because of what might have happened?

It's miserable and loser mentality to only focus on the negative.

Dallas will likely come back and win this game, but my hope is Chicago kicks a game winning FG with no time remaining.

Say you're gambling and you lose a few times and are in the hole. Then, things start to turn around. You get some wins here and there. Then the winnings get bigger and you're up a lot. People are gathered around you celebrating with you. Then, you hit big and walk away with a huge stack.

And then all your friends ignore the winning and immediately they're only talking about earlier in the night when you lost some rounds. You would be like, didn't you just see me crush the last couple hours and win all this money? Let's celebrate.

The 1st half was awful (there was one good drive that included pass plays and TD). The 2nd half was great. So you have two halves, let's call them equal. Equally bad and good in each half. It's the pessimist/optimist glass half full/half empty argument. Why be miserable and only talk about the bad 1st half. Or downplay the 2nd half but then go on more rants about the 1st half?

False equivalency, but let's play it out. The gambler in question should take a serious lesson from the earlier losses, because they are very lucky to have beaten the odds and beat the house for this one night. Because, when playing out over and over, the house wins. So, while this one incident turned out well, the lesson of the losses should be taken to heart, because in the future, continuing the plan of gambling when you are down big, just means you end up down bigger.

So, should the gambler be celebrating the wins, ignoring the lesson that he was lucky, and that his plan wasn't going to work out well for him in the long run if he continued down that path.

Remember the Miracle at the Meadowlands plays? 4th and 26? The Philly Special?

Remember all the fans saying those were fine, but what if they didn't work and they lost the game? rolleyes lol

It's realistic and not being in a fantasy. No need to be a jackass

Learn from it yes. And the Eagles should learn from the mistakes of the first half.

But the fans focusing only on the negative first half and not being excited about the 2nd half, and winning the game, and the excitement of the blocked FG and TD, and being 3-0 is just overly negative to be negative.

He's so humble - a class act...

We are 3-0 against potential playoff teams. Not too shabby.

Oh F off. The team played like trash in the first half. They should have made adjustments earlier. They likely wouldn't have been having to worry about a FG

what how do you have offsides running off the field?!! 🤣

Q had him on lockdown.

I tweeted at schefter saying that game was won last March when the nfl didn’t ban blocking field goals

You have yet to say a single positive thing about the team after they won the game. You have only ranted and been negative. Seek help.

Some can focus on both. I had this game as a loss before it began, so I'm playing with house money. But, the beginning sucked as bad as any half of football I can remember from this team. The second half was great, but it's a dangerous game to play.

3-0 >> 2-1. But 2023 sits as a harsh reality. Back then, there were negatives in games... but they reached 10-1, and then the House of Cards came crashing down.

Any word on lane and his neck?
