And the offense and return teams gave the rams short fields all game so not all on Vic and the D.

Large spans where complimentary football was not being played, and yes Vic was doing a lot of bending today - but 19-7 at the half seems OK.

Outside of Jordan Davis, the DL got worked. Jalen Carter for as good as he is, still needs to learn how to stay on his feet to finish. It seems he always gets to the QB so fast and then loses his footing. The edge rush was very worrisome. Maybe it's time to activate Ogbu or Ojulari to get more of a mix?

The Chiefs don't really matched up well with the GMen. They are 4-11 all Time including 0-7 in the Meadowlands. GMen are keeping it close so far.

Really hoping Campbell can be that boost once Dean returns.

Also….Carter has been pretty disappointing through 2 games. His burst off the snap has been great, but he’s getting lost in the wash after that.

Given that the burst looks great, I wonder if it’s worth dabbling a couple snaps as a DE for him. Going with Ojomo/Davis/Carter as their down linemen with Hunt out of the game, if nothing else, ought to help against the run. And it just might collapse the pocket to death.
