Didn't notice this during the game, but IMO, he has ample time to hit AJ down the left sideline. Yes, the pocket breaks down, but he's still able to set his feet.

People in the comment section are just as bad as ESP.

As far as the run game goes, they have to throw it down the field more often. Greg Olsen showed this on the broadcast with all the stacked boxes and how close the safeties were playing. Once the long completions started to happen, the safeties backed off, and the LBs had to spread out a bit more.

Idk if this is a stat that’s out there, but it would be interesting to see the average depth opponents safeties play compared to against other teams.

The run game will get going, but they need to get AJ involved early.

I thought he was saying the opposite. Teams weren’t stacking the back anymore and it was hurting Saquon because he had more levels to go through.

I thought the same thing - couldn't fine a gif from Arnold's Commando movie where guys are do summersaults from the grenade explosions.

Sucks to see good players go down. This could impact the Huff pick compensation given he'll likely play more now.

The phalanx (or flock, perhaps) of Eagles on the return is a pretty cool video and image.

The Hurts haters only seem to show up after a bad passing performance. It's almost as if they would rather root for him to fail than root for the team to win.

Excellent analogy. Hilarious. towel

We'll be facing Dart for sure 3 weeks from now on Thursday night. He'll probably be named starter this week and if not then, the week after that.

This was lost with the dramatics of the end of the game. And to be clear, this is not complaining.

But what the hell was Sirianni thinking calling a timeout with 18 seconds left after a Rams first down?

We're not the Rams going to let clock run and then kick with no time left?

I figured he made them run more plays which was more opportunities to force a turnover. Which, nearly happened on one of their passes.

Good time to note that Howie has said he’s against extending players during the season

I just want him to consistently play well.

Was thinking the same

The game was almost 100% coming down to the FG attempt, so give them a chance to screw up setting the FG up. Those TO’s aren’t doing anything if you sit on them

Will brain be able to handle it when you find out Jalen was just making the calls?

Can you repeat the question please?

Seemed obvious???

The big mistake, to me was not going for 2 on their 2nd to last TD. They needed it at the end and didn't get it. Would have prevented rams from winning with that FG. Would only have tied it.

They didn't think ahead enough and realize they needed it. They were left with 1 chance that failed. Almost cooked them.

It’s a fun conspiracy, but there’s a 0% chance Jalen was just rattling off play calls aside from the occasional check. It is possible Sirianni was intervening though

The Patriots never had a 34-1 stretch during the 2003-2004 seasons. They went 14-2 both seasons and the longest 1-loss stretch they had was 27-1.

They won 15 straight in 2003 including playoffs, then won 6 straight in 2004 before losing at PIT for a 21-game win streak, then won six more before losing again at MIA.

Yeah I didn't remember the Pats winning that many games. 27-1 sounds more correct which would still be an NFL Record but 34-1 sounds impossible. I thought it was based off the Perfect season year at first. Anyways based on that list, Eagles are already on a Top 5 Run of All Time at 19-1.

I’m okay with not going for 2 before you absolutely have to go for 2. Was really weird we threw on that 2pt attempt, and I would have said so even if we made it. Maybe the push can’t pick that up, but Jalen can in a bootleg option, or Saquon can much more likely than repeating the 4th down play again
