Brutal second half schedule. 4 easy games on the horizon. A win next week makes 8-0 a very realistic possibility which is a great and potentially necessary cushion heading into a stretch of games that could seriously be tougher than the lineup they’d see in the playoffs on a SB run.

Definitely isn’t. However would love to smack tha bucs team. Last two times down there we’ve gotten our asses handed too us. Some of that being injuries and some of that we just were awful.

Gut feeling that the eagles play really well Sunday (maybe some extra juice) just cause Tampa has stuck it to us the last couple times down there. So i can see playing with a chip on our shoulder. I think sometimes after a crazy type win you can have an emotional letdown. But I think Tampa Bay is a perfect opponent for the Eagles not to do that. Cause they beaten us badly the last two times i expect our guys to come out focus at the job at hand

Yeah and they lost probably their best player on D. They are loaded with talent but definitely missing some sort IT factor.

Last year when we played them late in the season, I knew the Eagles would win relatively comfortably.

I’ve kind of felt this way watching them past couple playoff performances, and then this year against Buffalo and the Lions, they really find ways to lose games or make games interesting. Sometimes they still wind up winning those games due to being just more talented, but they find ways to try to give the game away. That to me falls on coaching as i think there’s more than enough talent for this team to win a SB. John Harbaugh won a Super Bowl over a decade ago, and I think the ravens organization respects them a lot, but I think there’s gonna become a time where you need a different coach and a different voice to get you where you want to go. I kind of think that time is vastly approaching cause you’re gonna waste Lamar Jackson’s career having the same issues reoccur

Agreed this is a game to prove you can deal with Bowles blitz and you’ve righted offense. But if for some reason it doesn’t happen then you’re 3-1 with 13 games left to improve

It’s getting hard to listen to Kurt Warner on the Westwood One broadcasts. Right after the game he said no less than 4 times "A lot of people thought the Ravens are the best team in the NFL, and now they’re 1-2.” Umm no — the Ravens are a good team, perhaps even a contending team with the Chiefs looking very beatable, but no one watching their defense can think the Ravens are the best team in the NFL. They blow huge leads somewhat regularly and Lamar Jackson doesn’t have a good playoff record.

Add in that he kept calling Montgomery "David Mountgomery” all game long, and he was getting on my nerves. I could understand mispronouncing a name, but is there anyone in the world with the last name Mountgomery??

Yep. They owe the Bucs and that defense isn't the same as the one last year. They may still have Hurts's number but Baker will be in for a long day. I see that game like the long FG vs the Giants the first SB year firing them up like you said.

Pryor is simply not a tackle. Hopefully Myles Hinton can get up the curve quickly when he comes back from injury to give us that 4th tackle, which would then make Pryor a backup guard only (and not a good one but he may still be better than Toth which isn't any endorsement of Pryor but more a recognition of how far our depth has fallen).

It might not be a MUST win game, but if they beat TB, all they really have to do is take care of their division and hope Detroit loses a few games. Beating Dallas, LAR and TB puts the Eagles in the clear drivers seat for home field in the playoffs. A lot can happen over the last 3 quarters of the season, but if they beat TB, those 3 wins are enormous.

Had a complete brain fart. Forgot the Eagles play the NFCN this year. All of those are imperative games given the competition in that Division. TB is a huge game and just getting over that winless hump would speak volumes for the Eagles.
