Amazing the politicking that Eisenhower (and Bradley) had to do to appease his ego.I don't think the Irish are too fond of him either. You have to wonder if Eisenhower had endorsed Patton's plan to make a direct thrust into Germany, whether it would have as badly impacted Patton's reputation the way Market Garden stained Montgomery's. I also think the American airborne commanders were pressuring Eisenhower to use the airborne forces which weighed on Eisenhower. The reality is that they should have focused on seizing Antwerp and the surrounding area to make the port functional.

Tuesday at 05:49 PM3 days Well, I guess we're about to see if Ringo can bounce back from a disastrous preseason. It may be irrational, but I have some optimism considering he has not been a major liability in the limited game reps we've seen in the past.Hopefully this training camp was a blip on the radar.

Tuesday at 06:12 PM3 days 5 years and 5 teams moved on from him, twice being the Eagles. I'd rather Mukuba grow into his long term role.

Do we entertain?Definitely not unless he agrees to a depth role, which I highly highly doubt. CJGJ wouldn't be happy as a backup and they used a high pick on Mukuba, he's going to play.He probably goes to the Titans to reconnect with Dennard Wilson
