I'll always remember CJGJ crying with Sirianni after the NFCCG.

When you’re a team expecting to make a deep playoff run and start 0-3 you have to make a statement. That’s what I think happened. And he’s a pain in the ass.

I wouldn’t be opposed to him playing a nickle role and bumping Coop outside.

Sort of a weird position. He really liked being here, said he understand why he traded him, but then bashed us after

Yeah it's interesting that the 1 game AJ Brown played against the Bucs they won. They've lost when not having AJ.

He's a bit of a head case I think and you never know when he's going to fly off the handle. He drives the coaches nuts.

The 27-year-old Gardner-Johnson went on to paraphrase what went on during the call with Roseman, explaining the Eagles needed some room to sign free agents and were going in a younger direction.

"So yeah, I’m gonna tell you in the morning we’re gonna send [trade] you or we’re gonna cut you,” is how Gardner-Johnson described the call going.

I have a hard time seeing how they were on the verge of cutting him and basically gave him away for nothing but would now bring him back.

I think it's probably not likely, but things have changed for the Eagles also.

Howies gamble with the secondary hasn't exactly panned out as planned.

5 years and 5 teams moved on from him, twice being the Eagles. I'd rather Mukuba grow into his long term role.

If the guy can stay healthy

Somebody find dirt on the Vikings GM so they cut Rodgers

Preseason doesn't count?

It specifically says regular season or post-season so I would guess not.

I think they cut him in large part to save money, but still don't see him coming back even if he were cheap. Unless they had a deal lined up to trade Sydney Brown for another position of need or something. And even then I don't see it. A dude who has character volatility is not going to take well to not being a full time starter her. But I'll always love the guy, just think the fit is no longer there.

Maybe he comes in and can be critical of patullo and the offense lol

That has to be circumventable

If CJGJ doesn’t want to play for another team he just has to sit out? What a dumb rule

Ya well neither can green for the Texans. So take that Houston….

It CJGJ doesn't want to play for 30 other teams, that's on him.

I’m gonna guess some team is going to put him on their practice squad and probably have him on there for 3 weeks where he gets elevated. And if it doesn’t work out, they can always cut him and if he’s on his best behavior, they can actually sign him to the roster.

Yeah that's definitely not accurate, players have signed before in the NFL in these circumstances with their original teams. Gonna go ahead and slap that official FAKE NEWS label on it. And now that I declared it official that means it is irrefutable truth, regardless of anything else.

That said, Eagles nor CJGJ are still gonna want a reunion.

Coop the best in the league at this position. I would rather keep him there and he is an excellent tackler out of the slot.

Do we have a specific example? This is kind of a unicorn situation

Ian Rapoport put it out there back when there was talk about Haason Reddick wanting to come back.

.

Speaking of which, I completely forgot Reddick is on the Bucs and we are playing against him on Sunday

Part performance and locker room related.

How often did we blitz when he was with us?
