He might not be better than Campbell, but man he's a VERY good LB.I agree with this. Dean doesn't provide the same advantage in coverage that Campbell does. So moving Campbell to the edge negates the value he provides over Dean. It makes the defense worse not better even if you assume that Dean will be 100% back to where he was.

Mann was doing that style of kickoff last year before anyone was talking about it. And there was someone in youtube that talked about it like it was something never seen before, so the Eagles may have been 1st.

Dickerson at 80% is a liability.

I think Pryor would be better than Toth but I think Kendall/Jurgens may be a better combo than Toth or Pryor/Jurgens

We know Dickerson is hurt and that he had knee surgery and a back issue. Mailata has been hobbling since TC but never on the injury report. Something clearly isn't right with him though.

I do wonder if it was something that is a NFI that has lingered.
Yesterday at 02:44 PM1 day This isn’t about Dickerson vs Toth. It’s about Dickerson down the stretch if he doesn’t rest vs Dickerson if he does. We’ve got an all pro LG playing at a replacement level right now. If that continues, we aren’t winning the SB with how our offense is constructed. If extended rest gives him a chance to get back to normal, then you throw Toth in there for as long as you can, even if he is worse than this version of Dickerson.

Yesterday at 02:47 PM1 day Man how bad is Kenyon Green that were genuinely discussing starting Brett Toth and his name hasn't even been mentioned. What a scrub.

It seems like Dickerson isn't going to engage in that conversation.
Yesterday at 03:08 PM1 day I know we're all still scarred by watching him try to play RT, but Pryor is an adequate player at guard and has started games in this league. I'd go to him at LG, but Stout seems to love Toth. Either way, it seems like they have no plans to shut down Landon.

Even though his execution is compromised, he is less likely to miss an assignment than a backup would.
Yesterday at 03:22 PM1 day Dickerson will play until he heals up. I'm sure he's gradually healing more each week. Though I suspect the back is more to blame for any struggles than the knee.

IMO, his play is declining which tells me his health is deteriorating by the game. I don't think I've ever heard fof a lineman getting healthier by playing more.
Yesterday at 03:30 PM1 day Nice article on Ringo. I like where his mindset is. I hope he gets a chance to prove us all wrong.

You can't determine health from game anecdotes. If he was that unwell, they wouldn't be playing him.

You hear about injuries you never knew about after the season. Dickerson is wired completely different too. You better believe he's pushing himself through whatever pain he can manage. You have to love and admire it, but at the same time you've gotta be able to say OK Landon, we know you can tough it out, but let's get your body right for the long run.
