Add Verse to the therapy group with Chris Jones. AJ Brown can send them some merch from his mental health line.

Add to this the bet with Carter and him wearing Verse's chain afterward. 🤣

I think we will all just go on pretending it's verses chain for no reason just because. Delete your post please.

This is funny, at the same time, serious, at least the subject matter itself. I came across a clip earlier this week of AJ Brown from his days in TN that I had never seen. I am sure you guys, or most of you have seen or are aware of it. Anyway, it just kind humanized the player for me. I know as fans we joke and talk crap about players, teams, coaches, owners, etc. and it really is meant to be nothing more than cutting up, zero intent to tear someone down, just a way for us to have fun being fans. For some reason this clip really got to me. Ya'll got a real one.

The guy obviously really works on his mental health, trying to keep his mind in the right place, for him and his family foremost I'm sure, but for others around him as well. That's leadership, real leadership that goes far beyond the playing field and film room. If it takes a book on the sideline to reference a quote that may motivate you, or keep you in a positive state of mind, and it isn't taking away from what you're job on the field...who cares.

I am a bigger fan of this guy since watching the clip.

Never forget when AJ Brown talked about mental health and the dark thoughts he once had. He touched the media in the room asking questions and those listening to his story. "I just wanted to help...

Now...someone mail copies of AJ's sideline book to the Rams and Chiefs locker room 🤣.

One interesting factoid - the current IR:

Cooper (24)

Hinton (23)

Williams (22)

Lampkin (23)

BVS (25)

Dean (25)

Bennett (25)

That's stashing a lot of young talent.

That's stashing a lot of young players. The talent part can be debated.

Coolest part is Blankenship telling the camera to go get Davis some screen time because he did everything.

I watched an interview this morning with Michael Irvin talking about his wife's early onset dementia. Truly awful to go through; my brother has early onset Alzheimer's at 64. Irvin's wife wasn't even yet 50 when her condition was diagnosed. I really felt for him; he is walking a hard road that so many have to travel.

Yeh, I saw that a few days ago as well. Dementia/EOA is horrible. My grandfather had it, I grew up with my grandparents, hard to watch your hero go through that. He was a tough old man, those folks that lived through the Great Depression were incredibly hard working, tough people. He taught me so much and I viewed him as my father more than a grandfather.

Michael Irvin has had his faults but he is making sure he is taking care of his wife...she put up with a lot BS from him and he acknowledged that in that interview if I am not mistaken.

He and Lane Johnson (and many around the NFL) have been open about mental health awareness, I think it's great to speak out about it, and be an inspiration for others.

I think he’s just doing some weird gait in that video. He was running and didn’t look too bad in August

He looks like he's struggling.

Pec for Bennett

Spots talk radio is on life support even in a rabid sports market like Philly. The fantatic is especially pathetic and adding skid marks isn't going to do a thing for them.

Nice article on Ringo. I like where his mindset is. I hope he gets a chance to prove us all wrong.

At this point I would rather see Ringo get a chance for a game because I already know what Adore Jackson and it isn't good. Pretty obvious to me that Howie is going to trade for someone legit before the deadline.

My mother died from the same condition Bruce Willis has. Back then it was called Pick’s disease. My father had already passed so it was down to me. A hard road indeed.
