True. Still a bummer.

Sirianni actually makes it a coaching point to not celebrate a TD until you reach the team letters in the end zone.

I think the training staff and coaching staff need to have a real heart to heart this week about what players should and should not be playing next week.

Barkley, Dickerson, and Carter are absolute shells of what they were last year. We need them if we are going to compete. AJ belongs on that list too, as he's generating zero separation...I'm just not so sure it's an injury for him.

Mailata, Jurgens...not a whole lot better, but they do seem somehow healthier based on pure observational conjecture.

Lane...well, who knows there?

At some point, a 100% healthy but otherwise inferior backup is actually going to be better. And at another point, making a definitive concession with a backup just to get these guys healthy is better in the long run, even if it costs you.

I think youre imagine the lack of explosion and making people miss with Barkley. Hes just had no room. The run game isnt working. He looks like he has all his ability and nowhere to run with it.

AJ is not really a big separator. Hurts throws deep to him in coverage all the time. And he throws tightly covered slants to him all the time. His lack of separation this year is nothing new. He just needs more opportunities and he will continue doing what he always does. The only routes he ever has some separation on are his curls or comeback routes here he makes a little turn and shrugs off a tackler with a little space. Thats it. Otherwise, AJ is not a separator. Hes not injured. Hes the same hes always been. Just way underutilized.

I do think some players need to start missing games or else it feels like we are never going to get healthy. I dont think we can let them all miss next week. Its gonna have to be staggered. Carter is ineffective with a wrist, and now a shoulder injury. He needs it the most starting right away.

I would love just to have one week with a complete game and no late heroics to win the game. You can only bank on these block returns for TD’s, fortunate turnovers and dropped balls so much before it starts biting you

This is true, but it is different when you’re the defending champions. They are literally getting every team’s best effort every week… Three of their first four games were against previous playoff teams last year, and two of them were on the road.

Tons of shovel passes around the league today…

Lmao the Mets missing the playoffs

Ravens look like dogshit. If this season spirals for the Ravens, Harbaugh is toast at the end of the season.

I’d be happy if they change coaches with Penn State. 😂

That’s a little off because most of Lombardi’s career was not SB era. He may not even qualify

Do you want the Ravens winning the next 10 Super Bowls? Keep James Franklin away from anyone except the Eagles unless you want a dynasty unlike the sports world has ever seen.

Uh oh AJ Brown is posting weird cryptic stuff

For some reason my phone won't open the link, here's the tweet if anyone else has the same issue

Never ending drama with this guy.

He has the right to be pissed. Between the OC and Hurts, its been bad for most games minus maybe 3 quarters.

Damn, Ravens look cooked

They need to move on from harbaugh. His defense has been getting worse and the team constantly does dumb things in big games

The Ravens looked like a juggernaut for the first 3 quarters of the Bills game and since have fallen off a cliff.

Ok I like AJ Brown. Great player. But add this to the "he knows what he’s doing” bucket of evidence which includes reading a book on the sideline.

I know a lot of people are gonna get on Brown for this because the Eagles are winning. And normally I'd agree with such a thing.

But you know what? While some say "AJ cares more about stats than winning" I'll counter with "Nick Sirianni cares more about giving his unqualified best man an opportunity than winning."

Absolutely, zero pass rush especially with that DT out.
