That's going to be the Super Bowl matchup. I wouldn't be surprised if the Eagles play the long game and keep that game somewhat vanilla. That game is so late in the season, playoff seeding might be pretty close to finalized by then. If so, that would really benefit the Eagles.

Eagles have done it against Tampa Bay (3-0 against other teams), Rams (3-0 against others), Chiefs (2-1), and Cowboys (1-1). So, their opponents have gone 9-2 (probably 9-3 after tonight) against other teams.

BIlls have done it against Dolphins (0-2), Jets (0-2), Saints (0-3), and Ravens (1-2). So, their opponents have gone 1-9 (2-10 after tomorrow night unless Jets and Dolphins tie) against other teams.

Not sure if this means anything, but maybe it does...

Two top 10 WR and probably a top 3 WR in the NFL and those are their stats through 4 games? It's unbelievable. Both of them have every right to be frustrated. The routes they had AJ run today are what you expect if James Thrash was here. Let this man be a bully. Why is it so hard?

With the new rules kick returner is a lot more valuable than it was last year fwiw. Not sure Tank is the answer there but I get the reasoning.

Defensively... I have all the faith in the world that Vic will make it work with these guys to keep any game within reach. Bo Nix doesn't scare me.

In terms of the defense, there’s only like two things that are hurting them right now. They’ve given up a big play this year in almost every game they’ve played. I think with time the safety position should be better. A big play today was because kuba made a mistake a then just didn’t make a play on the ball when he got back in position. The Campbell on Bucky big play goes to the second concern. Their pass rush needs to get better. Some of this is smith being out til after the bye. Some of it is we probably need more than just z. smith, hunt, aziz and uche. Id probably try to acquire another edge rusher. That said I was encouraged by most of ringo’s coverage. But his tackling was an issue. Part of me wonders if it’s cause he hasn’t played a lot of corner this year and will get better or he’s just not great at tackling cause what he showed in preseason. If he can improve week they really don’t need another corner.

My concern with Lane is that this injury is worse. Lane usually speaks with media at the end of games. And he didn’t. I wouldn’t be shocked if he misses a couple weeks. Which frankly, in the long run might be more beneficial for him. Dickerson is going to keep fighting we really need to get to the bye week for him. I think he likely closer to himself second half of the year.

I was surprised they didn’t check on him for a concussion. When he got off the ground after the hit on the slide, he looked like he was woozy. Like he was in Washington except this time the official just didn’t go and check him out.

Funny part is that while the Cowboys have had ability to draft fairly well in recent years, they have no cohesion, no direction, and no real winners in the building. They might turn that group of picks into good players, but will they be able to play well in that organization? Not many have.

Not just that, but he stayed down for a while after that hit. That's almost normally a guaranteed blue tent visit. I guess the refs didn't want to notice that since they picked up that flag.

AJ is not open all the time anymore. Maybe it's the routes? Idk. But when the ball does go his way, there is usually a defender right there with him.

Thought theyd give him some carries because hes better than Dillon. In fact, that Dillon 11 yard run early in the game, Bigsby probably scores on that one.

He did show some juice on his one KR today. But I want more contribution.

I am all for getting the ball to AJ Brown. Frankly, he is a cheat code. In the second half they had a series where all three plays were thrown to him and none of them had a remote chance of doing anything. frankly we were lucky that one of them didn’t get picked off. It’s great they finally were like you know what we’ll just get the ball to AJ Brown. But it is not that simple. You actually have to scheme the guys open at times. He’s not just gonna always beat his guy and make your job easier.

This is the thing that’s irritated me since 2023. Sometimes you actually have to scheme talent open. Aj’s talent isn’t always just gonna win it for you. And there’s far too many times I feel like the Eagles just rely on their talent to win and not actually doing a very good job scheming for their talent.
