There's gotta be a plan for him on offense right? You don't trade 2 picks for a back up KR. It makes no sense. I get that the Eagles have draft picks, but at least use them to bring in guys who can contribute.

This has been the most confusing and frustrating 4-0 start I can remember. The offense sucks. The OL and DL can't do a damn thing. The best unit on the team might be the LB, which blows my mind. We should be excited to be 4-0 and they've yet to play a full game. Their best players aren't playing near what they are capable of and they are getting every other teams best shot. This type of play just isn't sustainable though. They need to wake the hell up.

This is the thing that’s irritated me since 2023. Sometimes you actually have to scheme talent open. Aj’s talent isn’t always just gonna win it for you. And there’s far too many times I feel like the Eagles just rely on their talent to win and not actually doing a very good job scheming for their talent.

ZERO creativity in getting the WR open. It's been that way for Sirianni's entire run here.

I really was hoping for more Shipley at some point in this game just to see if the defense would back off a little. Theyd not know quite so much what to expect.

I agree with you I don’t think this is sustainable. Don’t think you are going to win many times throwing 0-8 for 0 yards in an half. Offense has to be better otherwise I think eventually it’s going to catch up to you. Especially after the bye when you have Green Bay, Detroit, chargers, Washington, bills and Washington. I’m really hoping that this team can start finding their stride as they get close to the bye week and then after the bye week really takeoff. If we are still seeing a lot of the same problems going into the bye then I’m not sure if it’s going to change this year or we really need that bye to redo a lot of things. I said this in 2023, when it starts getting late in the year and we’re still asking the question if the eagles are going to play a complete game then it’s fair to ask if it is ever gonna happen. Still week 4 so it’s fine. If we get to week 9 and they are still the same then gotta start asking

That said, I also think the start of this season was a brutal schedule. I don’t remember the last time our first 5 games felt like a potential playoff team every time (besides Dallas). Even the Broncos next week is a playoff type game. Besides the ravens, the eagles schedule to start the year is just much harder than what we’ve seen in the past. Even last year we had GB, Atlanta (not a playoff team), saints, Bucs and browns. Really only 2 teams that wound up being good

I totally agree with this take. Eagles offense has relied on having more talent and hasn't actually done much with scheme since Steichen was here.

I don’t blame AJ for being frustrated but the tweets are just weird and ghey

Not sure if Bucky's fumble was discussed already, but I had always thought a "wrist" is down by contact, in that any part of the body other than a hand or foot is the same as a knee. Seems like we got away with that one, which is fine by me.

they said that a wrist is not down it has to be a forearm. But his entire shin was clearly down so yes, we definitely got away with that one. No idea how.

Whether its talked about on SNF or not isn't the issue. What is behind the tweet is the issue. AJ needs to discuss these things with the coaches, teammates, etc. and stay off social media. But, that's the generation we are in.
