I remember being here in the offseason and saying Howie can afford to keep a lot of these guys....if he wants to. He had a stubborn idea of accumulating draft picks (during a Superbowl Championship window), in which he's using in a futile way, in his last few trades anyway to replace the losses. The costs of Becton & Rodgers came in as value signings. Which is his specialty. Hating the Booker, Howell and Tank trades as well. And should have signed Milt Williams the previous offseason and not worried about any fallout on the defense or so called jealousy. Howie did outsmart himself this offseason and I have been one of his biggest supporters, but can admit that here.

He's having a good season but they've also faced Caleb Williams, Pennix, Browning & Aaron Rodgers and they did lose 2 twice and gave up points. Maybe it wasn't him but like Mailata sometimes PFF just falls in love with certain guys and they can do no wrong in the grades

A wham block that has to get between the QB and RB handoff, and then makes a sharp turn to reach the assigned defender. I don't think that was run right, the ball should've been snapped earlier so that Calculator moves in a straight line.

yup...I just think the speed of the game can't be practiced..he needs game time experience. Choosing the correct pursuit angles etc while coming off of coverage can be tough... The good news is that he seems to always be able to react and be in the vicinity. The tacking will come around with time as he gets the needed experience.

Ok...that is why I questioned it earlier...there would be such a huge liability issue if the league or team failed to respond in any way to the two hits in question. I am hoping he is ok and it is not a concussion, because it will create quite a firestorm if he is in fact concussed and was allowed to continue playing with no assessment. I have been waiting today for such possible news but the reality is it wouldn't likely be announced until tomorrow. Today is their day off and I am sure he would have checked in...but...

Another Elephant in the room is the monumental drop in run blocking by the offensive line. Went from tops in the NFL to among the worst.

What the heck is going on with them?

I rather ringo be out there than adoree to also get experience. Adoree is gone next year and he’s not going to get better. He is what he is at this point. Probably a backup in the league that might be able to play 1-2 games to get you by. The book is still unwritten for ringo. Let him play and get the experience. We will see if he gets better weekly or not. If we get to the bye week/trade deadline and he’s regressing majorly then we can go get another corner. But if he improves week to week then we are good there and can focus the deadline on potentially another area.

Agreeing with the folks that want to rest Dickerson next Thursday at NYG.

Their turf is a season-ending injury waiting to happen.

Think it’s a couple of things. guys aren’t healthy. Can see it with Dickerson. Lane isn’t finishing games he stats. Jurgens back might be repaired but he still struggling coming back to what he was last year. Mailata also just hasn’t been as good. I’d also say i think teams had an entire offseason to prepare and showing things we may not have seen and just better prepared for what we do. Lastly passing game clunky inconsistencies is beginning to also hurt the run game. I’d add was unrealistic to expect Barkley to do what he did in 2024 in 2025.

Probably, that was around that time. I didn't see anyone say he actually went in the tent but probably did a quick test with the specialist.
