I know we all have PTSD from watching him try to play RT, but Pryor is a solid backup guard with tons of playing experience. You're frankly not going to do much better than him.

Maybe, but I'm willing to explore other possibilities. I'll admit that is because I'm biased because of his time at tackle.

Anytime I hear Pryor is coming in

And people wonder why he fell to the 5th round...

Hendrickson would be fantastic, but I'd take another guy on the Z Smith level.

Is that Bradley Chubb?

I will be honest I am confused. How does that take a CB off the field lol

All you are really changing is a technicality in Nolan Smith position. He is now listed as a DE instead of LB.

Cooper also played CB in base sets last week

We've been predominantly a 4-2-5 team with Coop as nickle.

If we go to a 4-3, and push Coop to outside CB, we're essentially replacing outside CB 2 for Dean. There are enough teams that are run-first / play 12 personnel to make this a viable strategy in some games. We play the Giants 2x in 3 weeks who have a running QB. Even if they go 3WR without Nabers, I'm fine with a 4-3. Make Dart throw instead of run.

If Dean is healthy and can play at his 2024 level (a huge question mark), I've advocated going with some 3-3-5 looks. Davis/Ojomo, Carter and one of the edges upfront, with all 3 LBs on the field and nickel personnel in the secondary. All three of the LBs are good blitzers, so defenses won't know who is coming (if anyone).

If I am the Browns, I cut Sanders today. That behavior is ridiculous.

Wait....have you been Anthony in disguise this whole time?

Sigh. I know he wasn't coming back here, but the best goalie prospect we've had in some time is now 100% gone. We really need to strike goalie gold one of these years.

Our next great goalie prospect is in Russia. Zavragin. Already really good and young.

Was he told not to speak to the media or something?

I'm brown and have hair (that is starting to turn grey sadly).

No, he's just a prima donna who doesn't get that he's not anywhere close to his dad talent wise.

It's interesting that The New Orleans Saints control their own destiny. They play both the 0-4 Jets and the 0-4 Titans this season. It'll be interesting to see if they can pull off the perfect season. Arch Manning grew up in New Orleans so it could be a homecoming. Hard to see a team out flopping the Titans though. They seem to be a lock for the #1 pick.

The Jets are still actively trying to win, they just have a brutal schedule.

I don't know that Arch Manning is viewed as the top pick anymore.

The Nakobe love is strong... is this the same guy that was seamlessly replaced by Oren Burks. If Oren Burks was on the roster, would we want to change what was working to get him on the field?

I suspect he'll be in college for some years.

I don't think Nakobe is getting on the field anytime soon. I doubt he would be close to where he was last season.

Can't wait until we trade him for some slow skating forward that can't score.

I would think that Trotter would be just as good in that role as Dean. I don't think that's a realistic possibility.

This might turn out to be a false alarm but we really need a TE of the future.

Let's play along and say Vic did want to mix in some 4-3 or 3-3-5; Trot Jr. has been practicing all summer and isn't coming back from massive injury.

It stinks because he’s a really physical dawg of a TE with the ball in his hands but it’s also probably why he is banged up all the time.

He acts like someone who grew up with everything handed to him - never had a hard day's work in his life
