I don't even understand the comment. Looking up quick stats most teams have punted well more than 11 times. Only a few teams have punted 11 or less.

Right I got that, I was trying to look up...is that low compared to the league? All I can find are teams punting (most have punted more than 11 times). I can't find defenses forcing punts stat.
