Eagles get screwed again. That’s not the spirit of the rule. The bottom of the arm was moving forward but it was knocked out before he began his throwing motion. By every logical sense that’s a fumble.

Tbh i don’t know how you overturn it. It was called a fumble. I don’t think enough evidence to overturn it either way if they called it incomplete originally.
