At this point you're probably right, but the way they handled the whole situation was stupid. They should have extended him when they had the first opportunity to do so, like the Eagles tend to do. He was their best defensive player and they're just straight up worse without him. Supposedly it's for 2 first round picks which isn't a bad haul but they'll likely be mid-to-late 20s picks so I don't think they're going to replace his production for a while.

Would have preferred Parsons to go to the AFC. Green Bay is a better team than Dallas so I really am not a fan.
