What a play by Darnold

The TD was nice. I’m shocked they went for it. The again their defense has been hot garbage so kind of makes sense

I think its more on the OC. We saw WRs run to the same area last game. We see plays consistently late, getting lined up late. If OC is calling plays, he is the one communicating. If there are miscommunications, thats him. HC isnt the one communicating.

On the other end of it, the communication goes through the QB to the rest of the team. Breakdowns start with those 2 guys.

But if it keeps happening it’s on Sirianni to step in and make sure it’s corrected.

If they only had a play for the goal line…

Chargers had multiple red zone turnovers today

I said at the end of last year if you’re gonna try to win the same way in 2025 it was very very unlikely. The toll that it takes on Barkley to get 2000 yards. But in reality, it also took a big toll on the offensive line. I wanna say it was mailata who talked kind of about that with his recovery as compared to previous Super Bowl appearance. I know lurie is thrilled to win a SB last year but i also think he knows it’s harder sustain that way of being that heavy of a run first team and 30th in passing offense and continuously win super bowls in today’s nfl.

Then they better see what they have with McKee before letting him go

Think they are good. I don’t think they are great enough to have guys wide open all the time. I kind of think Seattle’s defense isn’t as good as their numbers.

I hate football.

Yeah. I guess. How do you suppose he fixes that issue?

Not gonna happen unless hurts gets hurt. Or the eagles are basically eliminated from playoff contention.

Hard to answer when I don’t know the root of the issue. Simplify the process or practice it more I guess.

This is the point. has not played with the one’s so you have to see what you got. Pretty straightforward. Maybe we’ll handle the Giants so there is garbage time.

Those are simple suggestions which should be simple for the OC and QB to follow. So if and when they fail, would it still be the HC's fault when those guys cant carry out his instruction?

I didn’t even notice on the last play until now but AJ facemasked Smith it should have been a penalty

Understand but if they need a good passing offense without a run game he isn't the guy.

I think we will win but I dont think we will handle them so there is garbage time.

Cardinals/titans game has had two of the absolute craziest plays today.

Guy picks off Ward. Fumbles it. Cardinals can’t pick it up and Lockett recovers it in th end zone for a titans TD

That may be true. However, their running game has been absolutely brutal. I think there’s a handful of guys that can win when your running game has consistently been as poor as the eagles this year. Ask Herbert right now. Their running game has been bad as well outside of a game. Tough to consistently win when your Qb is your leading rusher and you are bottom 3rd of the league rushing

Part of the reason they lost today is because they’re up 14 points and they know they can’t run the football to put teams away with how bad the running game has been.

I believe a head coach is responsible for what happens on his football team.

I think they actually could have run it today. Barkley was averaging 6 yards on his 5 carries. And Dillon averaged 6 on his 2 carries.

Theres an element of truth to that, but its also a lazy copout and convenient way to misplace blame.

The offensive staff is a disaster, but I also think Sirianni is just as big a part of the problem. It's his offense.

Hurts does not do traditional schemes well, and the Sirianni tree (Reich's tree) is not exactly full of people who run non-traditional schemes. Notice how even Steichen is having Daniel Jones throw the rock down in Indy. But the thing is, Sirianni didn't choose Hurts in the first place, he was already here.
