Here's an easy fix and new wrinkle. How about putting AJ in the slot ( like CeeDee) and moving him around. Dotson goes outside as he's faster at this point. Need to change things up here fast. As this offense is stale.

See yourself to the door with any kind of creativity.

Not enough time left on the play clock for it

Imagine if it bounced and Jalen caught his own TD pass.

In my non-related in field performance thoughts. I'm guessing the Eagles go black helmet, white jersey, black pants Thursday night. They've already dedicated NFCE home games and AT&T Stadium their Kelly Green games but ALWAYS wear black against the Giants.

I can't see them being on a Black Friday game and not wearing black there.

"Credit to the OC. Patullo drew it up that way."

Oh Barkley has a knee injury. Great.

Part of me wonders if we ran with Barkley just 6 times on Sunday knowing Thursday we were going to use him a lot more against the giants.

He finished the game so I'm sure he's fine. Apparently he was early in on the trainer's table after the game. He got up slow on a tackle from somewhere in the middle of the game, but stayed in so.

Depends if he's a malcontent that's checked out. Maybe deeper issues here. Chemistry etc. His skill level/athleticism has also faded some. Injuries may have caught up here.

People forgot what it was like when we had no star receivers

If his knee is bothering him even just a little bit, keep him off Met-Life's turf. They have Bigsby, Dillon and Shipley. The OL can't block anyone anyway.

How an offense coach like Andy thought literally having Trash at WR is beyond me

Or your qb cant read basic zones

This. Doesn't like tight windows. Guy has to be open or he holds onto the ball.

Wouldn't that have been something? If it bounced up and off of several people before Hurts runs up to snag it to catch his own 30 yard hail mary game winning TD pass.

Last year Eagles could get away with a basic vanilla and predictable offense. As they just outslugged you. Lost Becton. Lost a physical WR3 in Johnny Wilson. Now have a battered Dickerson, recovering Jurgens and hobbled Lane Johnson. I think it was obvious even before this season started that this would not be duplicated and we needed to become more of a finesse team with this cast. They need to reinvent this whole offense. And it's gonna be more pass heavy, thereby setting up the run with the pass. Mostly abandoning the RPO has also weighed on things too. Need to play to your personnel's strengths and form a new identity. I don't think that should be an issue with all the talent. They still have not figured out who they are on offense with this crew. And again the screen game involved is a must just to chew up clock and get more 1st downs and to let the defense rest. Goedert is excellent at it. And Barkley/Shipley are good pass catchers. Need more RAC with our talent. No excuses.

Of all the things this offense is missing, you’re saying losing F-ing Johnny Wilson is a reason they’ve taken a step back…

I haven’t thought about him since they announced he was out for the season

I’m guessing we see a lot of called hurts runs on Thursday.

There are a lot of problems. The Head Coach is ultimately responsible to address what needs to be fixed.

It shouldn't be that difficult to coach stars on offense and adjust to an O line with nagging injuries.
