It could actually be a blessing in disguise, as it will have to change their way of thinking about being so reliant on the TP in their game plan.

4 hours ago4 hr So, last night was a total disaster and the blame can be spread out to almost everyone. I will say that I just watched the Saquon documentary and, in showing a lot of plays from last year, they pitched SB the ball a lot and had him in space very often. This year he's typically running it right up the middle and doesn't have that space to work with. That's where he really shines. It obviously doesn't help when the OLine is literally getting pushed around like rag dolls but not giving SB the space around the edge is a blatant misuse of his talents.

4 hours ago4 hr The Eagles have been outgained on offense in every single game. That might stand out more than any other stats. That’s like fireable offense stuff.

4 hours ago4 hr Right now there is cumulative blame to go around to everyone. The team is just not very good right now in all phases. Offense is a stuttering mess, defense has regressed with the added snaps, special teams are Jekyll and Hyde(with the exception of the kickers) and the coaches are not putting the players in good positions to succeed. Right now they need better coaching, as their talent is not winning like last year. This is the time where coaches are supposed to earn their paycheck. Get this team out of their funk. Change something up and stop doing the same stuff that is predicable to everyone!

If you don’t think on top of their issues they ate physically worn down I'm not sure what to tell you.100% on the D is a bad take. They didn't miss a wide open Smith. They didn't throw behind the WR missing a wide open Brown for almost a pick 6.
4 hours ago4 hr Howie took every gamble possible this offseason and none of his moves have paid off. None of them.Let's look at DT. We knew Milton Williams was going to get paid, but Howie should have paid Milton last year before he exploded. So many were saying they need to lock him up before he hits FA. By letting Milton Williams walk, the DT on the team were being depended on to take one step forward. That included Thomas Booker but he was traded because Howie took a gamble at CB2 and had to trade away DT depth to fix an issue. So letting Milton Williams walk indirectly impacted 2 positions. I know Carter was out, but they've built a bad team of DT behind him.Moro Ojomo, who was DT5 last year led all DT with 62 snaps...90% of the snaps for Ojomo. Ojomo is NOT DT1 or DT2. He's a borderline DT3 and should not be the leading DT on the team.Jordan Davis was 2nd with 51 snaps. 75%Byron Young played 37 snaps. Yes, Byron Young played 54% of the snaps at DT last night. This guy didn't play a single snap for the team last year. He's current playing 30% of the snaps. For comparison sake, Thomas Booker played 16% of the snaps last year.Ty Robinson in his first extended action played 19 snaps. Gabe Hall played 8 snaps. It seems like every year we talk about how much they invest in the DL and here we are looking at next year saying DT is going to be a huge need. I'm not paying Davis. I'm not relying on Ojomo to take his spot next year either. They need at least 2 DT. Ty Robinson might come around, but he's probably a DT3/4 at best at this point.

How many snaps have they taken the last few weeks.

Someone to come in and be an external voice or give experience.Changing OC will mean a change in O system, etc. I don't see that as viable. Perhaps they look at play calling structure or whatever. But regardless, the scheme can't fix missed blocks, half fit players, etc etc.No but scheme can compensate instead of expose them
3 hours ago3 hr I just don't know what they're practicing every week where they don't change anything. I mean they'll try different individual plays each week, but the overall concepts are the same. Run up the middle, no play action, same route concepts. How they go into meetings and game planning each week and change nothing is either extreme incompetence or stubbornness. It can't be anything else. Either way, it's gonna cost people their jobs if this continues.

It can happen. Have to get Carter Q and Dickerson back on the field. Ringo sucks Toth fing sucks and no pass rushThe Giants are one of the worst teams in the entire league, by far. And despite missing 3 Key Pro Bowlers, we had a markedly significant advantage in the talent pools. The Eagles got beat, not because of a lack of talent, but for a variety of other reasons. Coaching, poor preparation, poor execution, etc. Lack of available talent is absolutely NOT a contributing factor.

ToP has situational factors built in there.Cowboys: 63 offense, 61 defense (3 were kneel downs)Chiefs: 60 offense, 60 defense (2 were kneel downs)Rams: 67 offense, 66 defense Bucs: 57 offense, 72 defense Broncos: 61 offense, 74 defense Giants: 57 offense, 68 defense The D has been playing a lot. It’s not just about the time being on the field.

It’s week 6. We shouldn’t be having these problems. We have no identity on offense, which I blame on the coaching staff and the struggling interior OL.Defense is easy to peg as well. CB2 stinks and the front 4/5 can’t rush the passer well enough. Bad combo.Oh, the offense absolutely has an identity... its not a good one, but it is absolutely an identity.

If they didn't fire Brian Johnson mid season in 2023, I doubt they'll fire Patullo mid season. They might bring some sort of "offensive consultant" in who is not a "Sirianni guy" the way Patullo is.
