Don't worry!! Jakorian "Handsy" Bennett will be off injured reserved soon enough!

And won’t be much better from the limited amount we’ve seen so far.

Funny thing is Eli Ricks is probably an upgrade to these stiffs. And gets cut every other day.

Beyond the number of snaps they have been playing (thanks to all of the 3 and outs), the defense was also missing 2 of its 4 blue chip players in Carter and Q. Coop and Baun were there, but the DL was handicapped and the CBs couldn't cover. 34 points to the Giants is still terrible, but I have faith the defense can be very good if the offense can keep the ball at all.

The complete collapse of the offense, starting with the line play, is so perplexing.

Plug in Kinnard at guard for Dickerson instead of Toth. And plug in Booker instead of Young/Hall and there is your difference. Was on the roster just a few weeks ago. Turrible!

Well, this would be a real gut punch and disaster if we lose to him on Sunday.

I'm predicting a blockbuster trade. Everyone is looking at the wrong bad teams.

Howie is going to trade for one of Derek Stingley, Will Anderson, Jeffery Simmons or Tyree Wilson.

Wilson wouldn't be a blockbuster, he's been a colossal bust. The others will be, but the Texans are not trading Stingley or Will Anderson. That's nuts.

"Kevin Patullo met with the offense today. A big emphasis was efficiency on 1st+2nd downs to avoid 3rd-and-long."

Holy ish honey, you got it! You did it! The case cracker! Me in the shower!

The Texans have just won 2 straight games. Why would they trade one of their young superstars on defense? Jeffery Simmons would be a worthwhile trade. I am also not sure if Kettering Town FC is the right place to look.

That's an AI bot account.

Bill Barnwell put an article out saying Ringo is on the hot seat and he could be replaced by the Eagles trading for a corner. And whatever program puts that BS out. Nothing more, nothing less.

Figured. Trading him for a PS guy maybe

Kevin Patullo just realized they only have 3 downs to get 10 yards on most possessions.

Well, last year they did that to Moore/Siri and became a running team. That option doesnt seem to exist anymore. Theyre going to need to find the right balance for Hurts, to be successful in the passing game. It cant be the way Hurts wants it with nothing but short passes. And it cant be the way OCs want it with real NFL passing concepts. They need to find a workable middle ground.

But hurts has been missing the long passes too. Seems like everyone is low in confidence in anything they do

Yea, I realize I said blockbuster but then included him at the same time.

Texans prospects are my pipe dream. Young up and coming talent.

This team is getting everybody's best shot week in and week out, and they simply aren't up to it anymore. The Eagles are now a measuring stick for teams as the reigning Super Bowl Champs.

Also this team isn't a player away. A trade isn't going to fix all their problems. It's doubtful even one offseason and a draft fixes this team after last offseason.

The argument here is I think the Eagles need to make a BIG move to improve this team not just for this year, but the years coming and it should be done as soon as they can. I don't think it would be a trade deadline trade. It's a let's make the Eagles better trade. Does that make sense?

Despite these two terrible losses, the Eagles haven't lost much ground in the Conference. Lions lost knocking them to 4-2. Tampa beat the 9ers knocking them down to 4-2. They are 5-1 and leading the conference. But the Eagles have a tiebreaker over them. Rams also improved to 4-2 which the Eagles have a tiebreaker. Greenbay is 3-1-1. Even if Washington wins tonight they can only tie so obviously were hoping for a Bears win. So take care of business against Minny which is a conference match up.

Teams are just holding their breath for any opportunity to make the eagles a better team and let Howie fleece them.

I think Howie traded Kinnard to recoup the picks from the Fred Johnson trade which I can sort of understand even if I don’t agree with it.

But then he wasted that and then some on the worst KR

That’s not gonna make any difference

They’re 4-2, in first place. Right now, sitting in the upper echelon of the NFC. Relax princess, all as not as bad as you think it is

I'm just dreaming, that's all. None of Phillips, Chubb, Hendrickson move the needle for me. If the Eagles are going to make a move to improve this team, it needs to be a move that will impact them for multiple years. The edge group that's not producing is the same edge group they are going to have next year, minus Uche and Ojulari.

In 2026 they have Nolan Smith in his 4th year (luckily they have the 5th year option) who hasn't proven to be able to stay healthy, and they have Jalyx Hunt who clearly isn't ready to start. They have nothing else at edge. I'd rather them make a big move now for a young player who will be here for more than 1/2 a season and hopefully add some stability to the position. I don't want to go in to the 2026 draft with a glaring hole at Edge forcing them to have to nail a draft pick.
