I do not think he was. The elevated position and the line of sight make it nearly impossible unless he could move bullets. The canopy that Charlie was under would have obstructed the view and the bullet would have gone through the front of him. It’s fairly evident from videos that the bullet came from Charlie’s right side or at least on more of an angle. There’s also the fact that grandpas rifle that they say he used is a type that cannot be taken apart and put back together. Certainly not without tools and time. Neither of which he had given he fled with virtually nothing and was busy changing clothes 3 times. And if it could be taken apart, why put it back together before stashing it in a bush? It makes no sense at all.

Yea some of the texts were weird (I didn't read all of them) and the timeline is confusing, but it's hard to expect perfectly rational and logical demeanor from a 22 year old kid who just murdered someone in cold blood. Also could be that the text messages aren't the full picture, meaning some parts were left out of what was publicly released and/or they were communicating via other means.

Also the note they said they had, but was destroyed but forensically through interrogations they have evidence that it existed. Like wtf!?! Does that even mean? Sounds like they fabricated evidence to me. Or maybe pressured or tricked the alleged bf/roommate into admitting something that was untrue as we know that often happens during interrogations. Unless they actually have the note, there is no note. Any attorney with any clue would have claim that tossed immediately.

You’re right they can’t orchestrate it which is why there are so many holes in their story. They buried him awfully quick too. You don’t think the kids attorneys will want to have a their own autopsy done in such a high profile case? They’d certainly want their own teams looking at entry and exit wounds for locations, angle of shot, caliber of bullet, shrapnel that might be helpful in determining bullet details, even dna on any fragments that might remain. And what was with the yellow hands? That’s not how a dead persons skin looks. It’s all sketchy.
