Saturday Afternoon-Game Eagles-Chargers Week 14 Game Score Predictions Update - 20 hours until Kickoff

I expected pessimism would seriously depress this week's predictions, but things have been surprisingly brisk. 28 are recorded with 21 for an Eagles win and 7 for a Chargers win.  The average predicted score reflects confidence in the Defense (three predictions have the Raiders scoring only 6 points), with a healthy Eagles 24 Raiders 15.

Once again I have relied 100% on the @mattwill notifications this week. If you don't see your name in the list below, I either missed your prediction or you haven't submitted one yet.

I keep seeing that in 2021 after Sirianni gave up play calling the offense "took off". Not sure that's the case. It improved but took off is a stretch.

I believe he gave up play calling after they were 2-5. No secret they were passing the ball more those early games and didn't work. If my math is correct they were averaging around 23 ppg those first 7 games. Then he gave play calling to Steichen and their ppg went up to about 28. So the points per game did improve. Let's not forget that they didn't start magically throwing it all over the yard. They ran the ball and pounded teams with that. Was that really Steichen?

Not to mention they played alot tougher teams in the first 7 games. Their schedule got much weaker when Steichen took over. The best team they beat was the Saints who were 9-8.

This is just talking about 2021. Not taking away from the job Steichen did in 2022 when they added AJ. It's just this narrative that the offense took off once Steichen took over isnt accurate.

I would imagine that Siri leaves the Eagles before Hurts. KP is likely the scapegoat this season. Siri will be next season if they fail again on Offense. Can't spend the amount of $ on Offense that they are shelling out and be this bad again.

I’ve heard he can’t hit guys in stride, can’t have his back to the defense, only likes hitch routes, and won’t throw across the middle. He dos all of these there.

Majority of the offense is hitch routes lol

Data shows that he doesn't throw to the middle but he's good when he does

We play in shotgun most of the time

It's extreme only because at some point after 80+ snaps with likely great field position because of our useless offense, they'll probably get one.
